If I could leave a negative 50 star review, I would! We took our new puppy there for a simple neutering. She said she was only able to find one testicle and sewed him back up. Then she thought she left a piece of gauze inside our puppy. Without even telling us, she cut him open for a second time in the same day only to find no gauze in him. We were literally sitting around all day wondering what was going on with our puppy. We tried to get in touch with her numerous times and got no response. Finally we got a hold of her and she sent us home with him with no real pain medication or antibiotics. Days later he had a severe infection from where he was stitched up, most likely due to not having any kind of antibiotics and having the surgery performed in a dirty back room of her clinic. Seriously, ask to see where she performs her surgical procedures!
We then took him to an emergency vet clinic in Madison. They said they had to keep him overnight because the infection was so bad. The next day they had to open him up for the THIRD TIME in less than a week. They were able to remove the second testicle and properly clean the area and get him stitched up properly. Then they sent us home with the proper pain medications and antibiotics. The bill for that was over $5000!!! That's on top of the hefty price we already paid for our puppy.
The vet at Healthy companions contacted us months later to ask to see the records and see if any part of it was her responsibility. We provided all the records and never heard from her again after several attempts to contact her. So now we are left with the burden of a huge emergency vet bill. Thankfully our puppy is now happy and healthy. But I wanted to tell our story so nobody else brings their pets there and has to go through what we did.

Their so called vet and staff are liars and shouldnt even be qualified to touch you precious pet. We found out the hard way after traveling 125 miles to get our puppy spayed.

Their building is basically in a old garage with only 1 so called vet and a room with a table!
I wish we would have did our homework before hand...

This vet clinic is filthy- dust and dirt everywhere. THIS VET SUPPORTS FURRY BABIES DOGS AND PUPPY MILLS! Do not go here. Spent over $2,000 on a simple ear infection which should have cleared up after one treatment and one visit, but six months later and after countless vet visits, my dog still had an ear infection. She only cares about the money.

Scam vet that has a business deal with Furry Babies and overvacvinates the puppies with extra shots not needed in the series for the puppies putting the puppies at risk of getting sick and having reactions to the shots. Also they have no real concern for the puppies. Our puppy had a severe reaction to a shot and face and head swelled up with hive and eyes too. Labored breathing. We called vet to inform we were on the way and rushed back to the vet. When we got there the vet just stood around talking to somebody and told us to just go into the exam room and wait. We waited 5 minutes then the vet came in and had a shot reary in hand and just stood there talking to us for about 10 mins. She finally gave our pup his shot to counter react the swelling and hives. She then said to us oh its no big deal it just happens and its not a big deal. I was shocked. We then left.
This place has only 2 people that work here. The vet and her secretary/helper.
Also the place is a dump. Its in a crappy building/storage place and is located in a odd place.

Healthy companions claimed our puppy was healthy, when really he never really was. They lied to us, this place is what is recommended by Furry Babies which is being faced with lawsuits. We purchased a puppy from Furry Babies and was told to go here for appointments. Shame on you people for allowing this. People believe you are in it with Furry Babies. Our dog is dead thanks you to people. I posted a picture of puppy wryce for you all to see.

If I could leave a negative 50 star review, I would! We took our new puppy there for a simple neutering. She said she was only able to find one testicle and sewed him back up. Then she thought she left a piece of gauze inside our puppy. Without even telling us, she cut him open for a second time in the same day only to find no gauze in him. We were literally sitting around all day wondering what was going on with our puppy. We tried to get in touch with her numerous times and got no response.
