The staff at Petcare Animal Hospital is truly incredible! I brought my kitten Jordy in the week after adoption and loved that the first visit was free! Not to say that a free visit is all that matters but it certainly helped. I had a surgery scheduled for him the next week and every single staff member I saw was incredibly helpful and friendly. This morning one of his stitches burst and mid-panic I called Petcare Animal Hospital and per usual they were helpful and comforting and had an appointment set up for him 20 minutes later. From the time his accident happened to when he was literally in the vet's hands was less than an hour! I recently moved to the Westside of Madison and was forced to leave my old vet (Dr. Stopfer at Countryside Animal Clinic on the FAR east side) after 15 years. Upon giving Dr. Leuthner and his team a try, we were SOLD. They are incredibly professional, caring, friendly, and ALWAYS give us their full time and attention when we are there. Besides providing expert professional treatment, including preventive, diagnostic, and surgical care, Dr. Leuthner has exceeded our expectations with his sincere concern and follow up for our 14 year old Molly dachshund. Do not go to this vet.  They lie about how much exams are and services.  Bad customer service.  Also, for being "Petcare Animal Hospital" their hours are very limited.I think NOT!  Save you money, and your time.  Go somewhere else.  You'll be happier, I guarantee. Read Less
