The vet here could be the poster boy for grumpy old man.  Showed zero care, concern or passion for my pet.  Vet shabby place and the receptionist made zero attempt to make a first time customer feel invited, welcomed or comfortable either.  They would not even give my pet food company the needed verbal okay to ship my pet's food after we moved here.  Could not more strongly recommend you look elsewhere! New to Manitowoc, I was looking for a new veterinarian.  Chose this facility after calling for prices.  Upon entering the business I found it poorly lit, dirty and smelled of feces and urine. The doctor was unfriendly, cold, and very abrupt.  He did not seem to care about me or my pet.  After service was provided, price turned out to be double what was quoted on phone.  When I confronted receptionist, she thought the $15 difference was sales tax.  I will NOT have any further contact with this veterinarian. We are switching vets after our last experience at this vet clinic.  The vet here was extremely insensitive after our dog had passed unexpectedly.  We really were shocked at how things were handled.  The vet has definitely lost his touch and fails at being professional and lacks compassion to say the least.
