This is Mace. He had been sick for a couple days, ended up needing surgery for a foreign body (cat toy). The staff was GREAT , so friendly and understanding. Dr. Mansfield was WONDERFUL and treated Mace and myself not just professionally but also truly caring. She listened to me and my concerns and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Mace recovered and is doing great!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I've been a customer since I was a child when my parents took our pets there. The staff is very rude and not helpful. They are looking for money and do not have a heart. Angela, a receptionist was very cold when I asked for my records and was just plain rude. Sarah, a CVT is also very rude. No "bedside manner" and just a plain jerk. Amanda, a receptionist is one of the sweetest girls there--very patient, kind, and welcoming. I would NEVER recommend this vet to anyone. I'll travel outside of town to go somewhere worth it. I want someone to treat my pets like family, not another bill coming in.

Dear Dr. Joe Sutton, Kim, & Memorial Drive Veterinarian Staff-I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all that you did for my dog, Zeke. I know that he enjoyed his time there while getting better or at least on the road to getting better. It was a joy for me to be able to come over from Michigan with my mom to pick him up and see his renewed energy and enthusiasm. It was evident that he loved the staffed and was cared for with supreme skill and attention. Dr. Joe Sutton and Kim, I cannot thank you both enough for all that you both did, not only for Zeke but for keeping me informed and updated throughout his time at the clinic. Some people do not get the bond between an animal and a person and in my case, Zeke is my boy! He has been with me since a puppy and has gone through a lot with me. He always loves me and is there for me with a lick and a wag, even when he is not feeling well. Just moved here from Florida, 2weeks ago. Totsi my tiny Chihuahua began to have seizures or something like that, I rushed her in. After over 15 minutes, this Dr CONTINUED to bring back non-emergency pets. The office girl was loudly stating "we aren't an emergency clinic. .. and "I see that she's (Totsi) nervous". Totsi was seizing at that moment, she was NOT NERVOUS! We ended up actually leaving after talking to Dr Katz in Two Rivers on the phone. Dr Katz's clinic was closed but he opened it and came in for Totsi. Guess who's my new veteranarian? Dr Katz. NOT THIS PLACE
