If I could leave zero stars, I would. I've been a customer since I was a child when my parents took our pets there. The staff is very rude and not helpful. They are looking for money and do not have a heart. Angela, a receptionist was very cold when I asked for my records and was just plain rude. Sarah, a CVT is also very rude. No "bedside manner" and just a plain jerk. Amanda, a receptionist is one of the sweetest girls there--very patient, kind, and welcoming. I would NEVER recommend this vet to anyone. I'll travel outside of town to go somewhere worth it. I want someone to treat my pets like family, not another bill coming in. Read Less

I have been working with Memorial Drive Vet Clinic since the early 1980's. My wife and I have had two dogs at all times. They have provided excellent care and advise for over 30 years. Dear Dr. Joe Sutton, Kim, & Memorial Drive Veterinarian Staff-I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all that you did for my dog, Zeke.  I know that he enjoyed his time there while getting better or at least on the road to getting better. It was a joy for me to be able to come over from Michigan with my mom to pick him up and see his renewed energy and enthusiasm. It was evident that he loved the staffed and was cared for with supreme skill and attention.  Dr. Joe Sutton and Kim, I cannot thank you both enough for all that you both did, not only for Zeke but for keeping me informed and updated throughout his time at the clinic. Just moved here from Florida, 2weeks ago. Totsi my tiny Chihuahua began to have seizures or something like that, I rushed her in. After over 15 minutes, this Dr CONTINUED to bring back non-emergency pets. The office girl was loudly stating "we aren't an emergency clinic. .. and "I see that she's (Totsi) nervous". Totsi was seizing at that moment, she was NOT NERVOUS! We ended up actually leaving after talking to Dr Katz in Two Rivers on the phone. Dr Katz's clinic was closed but he opened it and came in for Totsi. Guess who's my new veteranarian? Dr Katz. NOT THIS PLACE Read Less
