Been going there for a few years, last year one of my cats was diagnosed with asthma, which is very rare. My vet did a ton of research just for my cat, she found medication of exact same for around $50 instead of $400. This place truly cares about the animals and their clients. Unbelievable care! After my first visit, the vet we saw consulted with her colleagues about my dog's unusual case. They have called several times since to check on my dog. They put as much weight on my observations and thoughts, as they do on the medical approach. I haven't had that at the last two clinics we visited. I only wish I had found them sooner! Read Less

I love Dr.Probasco, she is super friendly and gentle with my cats. Also I know she genuinely cares for her patients, she calls to make sure your pet is doing alright and shes very responsive to phone calls and setting up appointments. PS. I am so incredibly grateful for this Pet Clinic my dog was in an accident and they made room for me to bring him in even though we weren't a client of them at the time. They were referred to us by a former employee (thank goodness!). All the staff was caring, got is into a room quickly and the Veterinarian we saw not only took care of my dog, but reassured me that he was going to be ok. So caring and friendly! I take my 4 cats there and they are treated as if they were their pets. One of my cats died and they were so understanding and compassionate. Yesterday was a very difficult day for our family, our sweet Oliver was put to sleep. I had called because I was concerned Oliver was sick because his belly was getting bloated. Amy worked so hard to get some matters approved for us to bring our baby in for an office exam. However, once Dr. Kathy Olsen did her exam, she needed to do an x-ray to completely determine what was wrong with him. When Dr. Olsen had to tell us the bad news, I could see the sadness in her face. They allowed us to have time with our little boy before, during, and after we helped him cross the Rainbow Bridge. I could feel the love Dr. Olsen had for Oliver and us his human caretakers. Our guinea pig had an abscess and we were quite worried about him. Appanasha was the cheapest and could get our guy in the soonest.The Dr was wonderful! He was gentle and took great care of our little guy.He got the abscess cleaned up and antibiotics out to us in a very short time. The whole thing was less than some clinics wanted just for the visit.
