Wow! What a great place! I’ve gone there twice now since I moved to the area. Being from a smaller town it was intimidating to try and find a new vet for my cats. Then I discovered there was the Fox Valley Cat Clinic!! The staff is always so friendly anytime I call them or go into the clinic. They recommend the right things and aren’t pushy on other products. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!

I have been taking my senior cat here for over 6 months for chronic liver issues. I am so happy he has been able to remain stable. She has given us so much hope and comfort with him. She has been patient with us in regards to explaining things. We also just brought our kitten in for a neuter. Staff and doctor are always great.

I wasn't as impressed with this office as I hoped to be based on great reviews. The doctor seemed a bit annoyed that I didn't come with the natural remedies I'd been using, which I understand, but I've been dealing with my cats issue for over a month and I was beyond stressed..no sleep, constant worry, trying everything I could and spending about $1600 in 6 weeks.I would've appreciated if the staff told me I needed to bring that stuff because when clients are stressed and overwhelmed, it's easy to forget these things. I tried to show her the exact products online and she just came across kind of inconvenienced and annoyed. It was really frustrating and I'm just very disappointed.She warmed up a bit after talking to us but she recommended some things that I didn't feel comfortable with and I didn't feel I could make suggestions in fear of upsetting her.I understand every Vet is different and I respect that, but it's extremely discouraging when a vet treats a potential client as if we were bothering her.I won't be going back which is a shame due to the fact that this office does alternative medicine and I think it's very important to incorporate that into animal health.I give them two stars due to the fact they offer these options.

Caring, professional staff offering healthcare for cats only. No dogs around to scare the bejeezus out of your skittish kitties. They also do a lot of local community service for the humane society.

Called to ask about a procedure for my pet and whoever i talked to was horrible. She said they didnt offer the treatment i needed, which wasnt really a big deal, i asked if she knew any place that did and in a really snotty voice she replied "no, call around" then pretty much hung up on me.

Dr. Flatley at Fox Valley Cat Clinic has done such amazing work for us! She cares so much about helping animals in need and goes above and beyond helping our organization, Orphan Animal Rescue, accomplish the same things. Fox Valley Cat Clinic is super flexible and is always willing to provide recommendations on what type of medical attention our cats need and for how long. She follows up without us even reaching out. She treats our cats like they're her own. Without this partnership, we wouldn't be able to do what we do. Thank you so much!!

I called as my friend had a good referral. I spoke with Wendy. 1st off she was rude. She cut me off while I was talking many times.

I called as my friend had a good referral. I spoke with Wendy. 1st off she was rude. She cut me off while I was talking many times.
I called for pricing and then set an appointment for the same day as I was off and could make it.
She called me back and said I needed to get info faxed over. OK.
Then she said because we were coming the same day the appointment would be over $20 more as a priority visit just because I was going to come in the same day -- at their next available opening. Mind you this was a Monday and I couldn't schedule the appointment over the weekend.
I cancelled. I will never go here after the way I was treated over the phone.
Found different vet who is $20 less than original .... saved over $40!!!
DON'T GO HERE!!!!

This is a great clinic -they LOVE cats! I board my cat here too because it is SO quiet, they have a great exercise area for Murphy, and all the girls LOVE him. Dr. Flatley is great.

Wow! What a great place! I’ve gone there twice now since I moved to the area. Being from a smaller town it was intimidating to try and find a new vet for my cats. Then I discovered there was the Fox Valley Cat Clinic!! The staff is always so friendly anytime I call them or go into the clinic. They recommend the right things and aren’t pushy on other products. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!

I have been taking my senior cat here for over 6 months for chronic liver issues. I am so happy he has been able to remain stable. She has given us so much hope and comfort with him. I wasn't as impressed with this office as I hoped to be based on great reviews. She cares so much about helping animals in need and goes above and beyond helping our organization, Orphan Animal Rescue, accomplish the same things. I called for pricing and then set an appointment for the same day as I was off and could make it.
She called me back and said I needed to get info faxed over. OK.
