The 2 doctors there really take great care of your pets in my case they took care of my previous Dog Indy until I had to Put him to sleep, And now for over 4 years they have taken care of my hunter always top notch care. The only issue is today Monday the 26th of February I tried to call their number and I was told the number is no longer in service if this is An error please let me know or please let me know the new Number. This is a place where the entire staff really cares about the animals they are treating. They are very understanding and take all the time you need to explain things, such as lab test results and X-rays. This is the only place I will ever bring a pet of mine for care. The entire staff is wonderful. From the front desk, to the techs to the Doctors themselves. They truly care about your pet & you as well, it's not lip service. Even when they have bad news for you, it's tough on them telling you & you can see that in their eyes. This is my go to place for my animal needs. Sadly the past few times over the years were for proper disposal of 3 family pets (2 within 2 months of each other) . After briefly switching vets due to a move, we're back at the Animal Medical Center despite the extra drive time. The staff and doctors are incredibly friendly, kind, and patient, and take time to explain any procedures or tests, along with related fees, before doing them. Honestly, they take great care of your pets. However, their people skills are lacking. I always felt like discussing my pets was annoying to them. NO ONE knows your pets better than you do. I've recently left them b/c I had it with how I was personally treated. I had to reschedule my older dogs neutering twice due to scheduling. I wanted to make sure that I was able to be home to monitor him & not leave him alone. Life happens with families and I had scheduling conflicts do to my kids activities - such is life. They were annoyed and made me feel like I was a bad dog Mom, when I said I was going to wait until our families summer activities died down. Twice they told me incorrect times on my vet appointments. When I respectfully pointed it out (and assured them I wasn't upset - I really wasn't), but thought they should know, it was brushed over, no apology, and I was told I didn't know how to read the e-mailed appointment reminders. I just had it and cancelled my appointment for our new puppy. Do you think that the owner or Manager called me? Nope! Again - bad people customer service skills. My wife and I took our new puppy to the Animal Medical Center after having a few bad experiences with another area vet. The staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and good with both pets AND humans! Not only that, but their prices are very good for the area, especially for the quality of care you receive.
