Animal Medical Center

Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
General Info
Animal Medical Center is renowned for offering reliable and comprehensive services to pet owners. Animal Medical Center in Menomonee Falls uses the behavior-first veterinary approach to support pet families throughout Wisconsin by looking at the behavior of pets. During the initial consultation, we will observe some key behavioral aspects such as rest time, food drive, toy interest, social responsiveness, and body language. The team performs tests that check the joint mobility, coat condition, ear sensitivity, muscle tension, hydration levels, gums, and eye cleanness. This broad perspective turns early warnings such as shunning physical contact and reluctance to climb stairs into actionable opportunities for future planning. Animal Medical Center offers wellness planning and preventive screening and bloodwork programs in addition to dental checks, orthopedic services, and behavior-inspired treatment plans. It would adjust recommendations based on the lifestyle context, such as whether you live in an apartment or not. Yard Space Solo Pets multi-pet homes, or frequent travel. The team adapts the care schedule to each pet’s temperament, attention span, and home pace instead of enforcing a fixed routine. Through long-term service, the clinic builds a comprehensive behavioral and health profile for each pet and family. It then continuously adjusts recommendations based on the evolving priorities of their families. Energy fluctuations, together with sound and appetite reactivity, are the key indicators of service quality. Thus, caregivers must ensure that their operational activities remain on the same page with patients’ emotional needs. The Animal Medical Center supports Menomonee Falls families and the surrounding Wisconsin community by implementing veterinary routines that align with pet lifestyle preferences and psychological needs to make each visit more rewarding, peaceful, and stable. The practice offers a variety of services such as Bloodwork, Cardiology, Equine Care, Nutritional Counseling, and Laboratory. These treatments support animals throughout their lives, from routine to more advanced care. Pet owners appreciate the team’s expertise, the caring way they communicate with clients, and how the clinic explains medical choices. Whether your pet needs help with senior care or sudden urgent issues, the staff wants to build a long-term relationship by being consistent. The clinic also plays a critical role in educating the pet owners and informing them on the preventive health approaches. Animal Medical Center’s participation in local events and collaborations with groups aiming to stop animal cruelty also plays a vital role. New and returning clients testify to the quality of service as the clinic moves with times.

Honestly, they take great care of your pets. However, their people skills are lacking. I always felt like discussing my pets was annoying to them. NO ONE knows your pets better than you do. I've recently left them b/c I had it with how I was personally treated. I had to reschedule my older dogs neutering twice due to scheduling. I wanted to make sure that I was able to be home to monitor him & not leave him alone. Life happens with families and I had scheduling conflicts do to my kids activities - such is life. They were annoyed and made me feel like I was a bad dog Mom, when I said I was going to wait until our families summer activities died down. Twice they told me incorrect times on my vet appointments. When I respectfully pointed it out (and assured them I wasn't upset - I really wasn't), but thought they should know, it was brushed over, no apology, and I was told I didn't know how to read the e-mailed appointment reminders. I just had it and cancelled my appointment for our new puppy. Do you think that the owner or Manager called me? Nope! Again - bad people customer service skills. Except for Linda - she was always great! Read Less
