All of the people at Family Pet Clinic are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. When my pup broke her leg suddenly, I called and immediately got her in. They helped her through the entire healing process. We moved about half an hour away and still make the trek to visit them because they’re that great with our pup. My kitten had an eye infection and they were very concerned about getting him in and seen by a vet ASAP. They worked with my schedule and got him in very quickly. Everyone there was very nice and friendly and they all took very good care of my kitten Leo who was born with an eyelid birth defect. I received lots of good information and they answered all of my questions. My mom also takes her dog here and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a beloved pet. I actually found Family Pet Clinic due to the location and a search by location. We had a VERY last minute "oh no!" Moment trying to board our 2 dogs and needed to have records of vaccinations......problem being I am from Kansas City, Kansas and travel to Milwaukee several weeks a month. I couldn't readily get records SO Family Pet Clinic managed to squeeze my boxers into their busy day to get us squared away! There was not an exam fee which is so rare and amazing and we were encouraged to discuss any questions or concerns with the Veterinarian while we were there should we have any-ensuring we were completely taken care of. The staff was amazing!!! The cost very reasonable!! Was a stressful day for us and the wonderful staff and veterinarian took the stress right off of our plate! Took our Lab here about 10 years ago after our first vet didn't diagnose her illness accurately.  Dr Fellenz ordered the appropriate tests and prescribed thyroid medication that almost immediately improved her health and restored her energy.  We continued to take her here until making the decision to put her down due to advanced age.  Dr Fellenz and staff were so very caring and helpful.  Family Pet Clinic now provides all veterinary service for our latest dog.  I highly recommend.
