The entire staff here is very friendly & treat you & your pet with the utmost respect, kindness & consideration. They are very thorough in their exams & will help you understand what is happening with any health concerns your pet is experiencing. They also will follow up with you promptly about test results & checking on your pet if they had any procedures done there. We started out taking our cat Noel there for a second opinion in 2016 & wound up switching both our cats over to Dr. Amanda's care when we realized what we had been missing out on at our previous vet's office. Our cat Simone was diagnosed with kidney disease shortly after being seen by Dr. Amanda & she is now on the proper medications/treatments that have improved her quality of life & most likely extended her lifespan as a result. She is happier & healthier now than she probably had been in a few years. We can't thank Dr. Amanda enough for this gift. In addition to their thoroughness in care & treatment, they have the capability of running in-house lab work, they have their own x-ray equipment, and more. We highly recommend this vet clinic as they genuinely care about each & every pet they see, & they are simply excellent all the way around. Read Less

This vet appears to be more about the money then the animals.    I was not advised that the insulin I was using was expiring before I used all of it.  They were unwilling to she show me how to test my cats blood at home (I am out of work and cannot afford to pay the office visit and blood draw fee every month)  after going to a new vet I was shocked how great we were treated and not made to feel like I was failing my pet.  After taking our dog to a different vet his hair has all grown back and doing 100 % better and he did not need the  $400 test that was requested by this vet.  I will not be going back here again.  After going to the new vet today I know my animals will only get needed test and great care, and we will be well informed. Took my beagle here for a couple of years for vet visits. Everyone is very friendly and nice, but they charge you for stuff that they recommend but that don't really need to be done. My dog gets frequent ear infections, and they were charging me $39 just to look at an ear sample swab under the microscope, then supposedly they were basing their medication on that. (and then charging an office visit fee on top of that) One time, couldn't get her in with them and took them somewhere else, new vet said "I'll just prescribe something that'll take care of it whatever it is." Got the same exact ointment as this place was giving me. They were also pressuring me to get her teeth cleaned every year, even just 1 year after having them cleaned. Wanted to charge me for anesthesia, blood work, $75 to get IV tubing set up 'just in case her BP were to drop during the procedure." Took her to a new vet today who said her teeth were fine and didn't need anything. Never going back.Read Less

I love Animal Care Hospital!I have brought my two dogs to Dr. Amanda, and she is so compassionate and thorough, I'd recommend her to anyone! She took a good amount of time to go over my dogs' ailments with me, and gave me a list of options, from the least expensive to the most comprehensive, and did not try to push any unnecessary testing or medications.She was very gentle and patient with my little dog, who can be (annoyingly) feisty and skittish. And my bigger dog has aggression issues, and the front desk staff was very on-the-ball getting him into an exam room right away as not to cause any problems in the waiting area. Props to Animal Care Hospital for knowing how to deal with tricky clients.I'm glad ACH is lower-cost (a vaccine office visit is only $19-- it can get as high as $40 at some other area clinics! and any follow-up vaccines are only the price of the shot.) and are willing to hold checks if the bill gets high. I also like that they are open later (7 on weekdays!) and have been very flexible about fitting my guys in whenever they need a vet visit! Read Less

I really wanted to like this clinic. I searched and searched looking for affordable healthcare that was also high quality. Unfortunately, this clinic did not meet my needs.There are many good reviews for Dr. Signh but I was just not impressed with the service. The old saying "you get what you pay for " is so true. I found a coupon for discount initial visit so that caught my eye in addition to there excellent reviews all over the web. Not to mention that they had extremely low prices.Well my dog was having lots of problems going to the bathroom, plus she was a new dog so we had many, many questions. My assumption was that at an initial visit the doctor would conduct a thorough exam and also take the time to answer all of our questions as new dog owners. To my surprise, he barely even touched the dog nor did he read over her prior medical records. At the end of the exam he prescribed a list of tests which I'm still not sure she really needed. The entire visit took about 10 min. My mouth almost dropped to the floor, like "huh? That's it? You mean that's all you are going to do?"He seemed to be in such a hurry to leave the office, even leaving a 1/2 hour before they even closed. We were left to deal with the secretary who at first I thought was a certified vet tech, but instead was just an office worker who preformed vet tech duties. So at the end of the visit we were left with money out of our pocket, lots of confusion, and weeks later still a symptomatic dog.This time around we decided that sometimes it's just not worth it to cut corners on money or service so we decided to research a more comprehensive clinic that would take the time to comprehensively examin my dog, take my questions seriously, and make us feel at ease and confident that we made the right decision in choosing quality care for our dog. We had to pay twice as much the next time around with the new vet clinic, but in the end left with peace of mind that our precious doggie was in good hands.The lesson I learned was: Low cost clinic = low cost results. If you want quality, comprehensive care and peace of mind, unfortunately I can not recommend this clinic. :( Read Less

We did a tour of local vets when our two oldest became increasingly infirm and required more and more interventions. We ended up researching based on price for the basic vaccine panel and discovered that Dr. Singh and his crew not only had the best prices but also the most flexible hours. They're open late and on weekends and are very caring with their patients--even when the visit is in extremis for that last and most painful decision. Dr. Singh is very western-medicine-based (a little ironic to me, given his heavy Indian accent), but within those parameters has never steered us wrong. Read Less
