I can't say enough about Dr. Rana and his staff at Bayshore vet. Dr. Rana treated my cat, Cleo for kidney disease and hyperthyroidism. Had it not been for his vast knowledge of both diseases and his dedication to treating her in the most effective manner, she would not have had as long and comfortable of a life as she did. Dr. Rana also treated my other cat, Cleo's son, Willy. Willy also lived a long, healthy and comfortable life despite his developing some health problems in his elderly years. Dr. Rana went above and beyond anything I'd ever experienced a veterinarian do when he cared for my cats. The kindness and compassion I received from he and his staff through the hard times of my cats lives, and when they ultimetelty passed, was absolutely unparalleled. They misdiagnosed a fake pregnancy for CANCER, and because this wasn’t treated right for weeks I now have to choose between quality of life or chemotherapy! Took my dog in for a check up, she was acting strange and had a hard spot in her stomach. He told me it was simply a “fake pregnancy” and that she would be ok. A few days later a rash starts forming, and she’s still in pain. The vet tells me it’s nothing and prescribed pain medication. Some time goes by and she seems to be doing better, but the rash hasn’t gone away and she still cried a lot. I took her to a different vet for second opinion, and they were straight to the point. I would go to any other vet no matter the distance, they clearly don’t know what they are doing here. Read Less

I got the chance to work with Dr Singh taking care of my Dog Mocha. Bayshore vet. clinic is my vet. clinic for rest of my life. Mocha has been scratching for 4 to 5 years. Dr Singh diagnosed the disease and gave a plan of treatment which has been working since more than 6 months. the staff is is very cooperative. This place is great. My dog Macie is difficult at the vet, barking and gets totally freaked out.  The folks at Bayshore Vet are extremely well trained in handling her aggression and always put me at ease in the process. Can't say enough positive things about this clinic and their staff. I took my cat borris here for a urinary blockage and he has since made a full recovery. The first day I took him in, it was close to closing hours, but when I explained the situation they got me in that evening to see the doctor. I called back the next day still worried about him, and they got me in almost immediately again. Dr. Rana and tech staff were extremely knowledgeable, sincere and caring, which made this frightening time a bit easier on me.  I also think the pets can pick up on this sincerity, for Borris wasn't outwardly uncomfortable in the office at all. The days Borris was there and days following staff and Dr. Rana continued to follow up with phone calls about his status or made themselves available for questions.  I will  keep bringing my cats here as long as I live in Milwaukee. Bayshore has been so incredible in getting our dog, Daisy, back to health. We came in with one issue and, due to the staff's thoughtful line of questioning, were able to uncover a more serious underlying health issue that we were able to catch early as a result. Dr. Rana and staff are exceptional and knowledgeable. Dr. Rana works with his clients to find the best care within budget limitations. He worked with us to plan reasonable care for all 4 kitties, and saved us from an unnecessary surgery for one that ended up passing away a few months later due to renal failure. His caution to perform surgery as the cat already had advanced kidney disease saved us the forever heart ache and guilt had we done the surgery. I am a very overprotective cat mom to say the least! I first started coming here when I moved to Milwaukee about 2 years ago. I had only been here about 2 times before January when I came for my third time and met Dr. Rana. He is an absolutely fabulous doctor! He is extremely knowledgeable and instead of doing an un necessary biopsy of my cats lump, he explained to me why he didn't want to do so and made me feel much better about the whole situation. I even called back later because I was still worried and he took the time out to have a conversation with me. You can tell he really cares about the animals that he treats. Great place! I trust them 100% with my puppy's care. The staff is friendly and works with him if he's nervous, getting him comfortable and warmed up to them. Cost is great and they understand when money is tight and you can only afford necessary things. They give great advice and are always a call away to answer questions! I love Dr. Singh and the whole staff, they're always very insightful and very caring! My dog has had many issues, and I've brought her here since I adopted her about 6 months ago. Everyone here is open and friendly, and Bella (my problem child) loves them too (even if she isn't showing it). I also love how they give me options and recommendations, they aren't like other places that make you feel as if you need to go with more expensive options (depending on the situation of course). I took my dog Trell to Bayshore Veterinary Clinic and I was worried sick cause he got a nasty cut under his paw. Man they took care my dog right away. He hed to stay overnight and it hurt my feelings but, I knew right away he was in the hands of some careing people cause dispite the cost, they worked with me and my insurance company and made me feel like I took one of my kids to the hospital. Bayshore Vet has helped me multiple times in the bast and their staff is very caring and very passionate. I have 3 dogs so I am in there quite frequently. The clinic always makes time for me no matter what day. My dogs love the new facility and Dr Singh. Alright, here I go. For my cat. This review has taken me years to write. What do I say? How can I say it? The heartbreak and agony, not to mention pure hatred, I feel when I think about what this clinic did to my cat has prevented me from saying what I'm about to. But today I thought, I have to say it. I have to let you know. DO NOT GO HERE. When I visited this clinic, I had 2 very young cats. One was an ill-tempered rescue. Typically, this cat would need several people to hold him down in order to examine him. A practice I now recognize as negligence on the clinic's part. Upon my last visit, the doctor had fed my cat half of a sedative, making him very scared and of course vocal, combative, etc. The doctor SLAMMED my cat on the table, BREAKING HIS FRONT CANINE IN HALF. Thats right, he broke my cats tooth from the sheer force of slamming his half sedated body on the exam table. I asked, ""what was that?"" (referring to the noise) and ""is he ok???"". The doctor acted as if nothing happened. When the vet tech, Perry, took my cat outside the room for a teeth cleaning I heard him say to the vet, ""He as a chipped tooth..."" At the time I was so concerned with my cat I didn't think anything of it. The next morning when I picked my cat up and took him home I noticed the tooth. In a rage filled panic, I called the clinic to ask what, what the hell had happened. And here's where I start to cry as I write this. The vet tech KNEW what had happened and KNEW the doctor injured my animal. He passed the phone off to him, the doctor came on and denied knowing about the chipped tooth - even though they had cleaned his teeth after he injured him. He instead suggested my cat bit his carrier on the 2 minute drive home, chipping it instead. He rushed me off the phone saying I shouldn't worry about it because he didn't need his front canine unless ""he was out killing his food"". To top it off, he had given me antibiotics which were clearly labeled as DOG ONLY. Please. Please, please please, do not take your babies here. Read Less
