Our pet care specialists at Norwood Animal Clinic seek to provide the best possible animal medicine, pet surgery, and dental care for their highly-valued patients. We are committed to promoting responsible pet ownership, preventative health care, and health-related educational opportunities for our clients. Our goal is to provide quality, caring and affordable pet care. Being a full service veterinary hospital and clinic, and also the home of "Planned Pethood", Norwood Animal Clinic provides the following services as well as many other services and pet products: Diagnosis and Preventative health exams, Geriatric Pet Care, Pet Vaccinations, Animal Medical and Surgical Treatment, Dental Services, Radiology (X-Rays), Lab Services and EKG testing, Nutruitional Consultation, Heartworm Program, Micro Chip Indentification to prevent lost pets, and OFA Radiographs, Dog Spays, Cat Spays, Dog Neuters, Cat Neuters, Cat Declaw Services wit Laser Technology, Rabbit, Ferret, and small animal medicine.

I called several vet clinics and got quotes and looked at reviews. I chose to go with Norwood because based on price and the outstanding reviews I found online, they seemed the best. I set the appointment and told the receptionist what we needed, and she gave me a quote based on that. My husband took our dog in and when he came home, I found out bill to be double what I was quoted. They did a test that they told him was required for their facility on all animals. I was not told about this $65 test when I called. People must be told about this requirement and notes should be taken on what an animal is coming in for. Our dog also received two vaccines we did not want or need along with some pills which we did not want. Please be ware the price goes up.

I LOVE Norwood Animal Clinic! Dr. Dionne is the best. I have been taking my 2 kitties there for about a year. Any health concerns arise and scheduling is quick to get us an appointment. I call in my cat's prescriptions and it is ready immediately. Everyone is knowledge, friendly and very helpful. I cannot say enough about all my great experiences. Thank you Dr. Dionne & Norwood Animal Clinic for loving my girls as much as I do!

Dr. Dionne is the most caring, compassionate veterinarian and was absolutely wonderful when dealing with the illness of my beloved 18 year old cat, Kiki. I feel truly blessed that she was there during such a difficult time. I have been a long time client of Norwood and Dr Grebe (who is also truly missed) but very thankful for Dr. Dionne and the outstanding care she provides all my cats, including my diabetic cat, Thor.

I’ve used Norwood for the past 10 years. The clinic has changed over the years to keep themselves current and up to date. I applaud them for recently getting their certification. The staff is wonderful with my dog. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to spend time with you to make sure you have all the information you need and you understand. They go out of their way to create a fear free environment for the animals. They seem genuinely caring. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! ❤️💕

Very busy. The vet we used died recently, so it did take a while for them to find a suitable replacement. And they did! ...

I have been a pet owner my entire life. Until coming to Norwood Animal Clinic, I never really felt comfortable with veterinarians. The vets and staff at Norwood helped me care for my cat. Not only was their care and treatment excellent, but they all helped to educate me on not only the current situation, but just as importantly, what I could expect in the future. It is much easier to care for a pet if you understand the "why" of what you need to do. Throughout my cat's 17 years, I have had interaction with just about everyone at the clinic - and all are top-notch in my book! Keep up the great work -- and thank you!

It still breaks my heart that Dr. Grebe passed away. We LOVED him for our GSD. However, we have found Dr. Bero to be just as caring, and he takes time to explain things. So far we have not felt the need to look elsewhere and plan to continue with Norwood. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful, and we always get a warm greeting when we walk in.

Will never go here again and they were our vet for 8 years. We brought a cat in to get his eye fixed (someone dropped him off with us, so we fixed him up to find him a good home) and the cat's eye di...
Will never go here again and they were our vet for 8 years. We brought a cat in to get his eye fixed (someone dropped him off with us, so we fixed him up to find him a good home) and the cat's eye did not get better...it got worse. We did everything the vet told us to do but it got worse. We bought him back in twice (plenty of money paid out each time) and after the second time the vet said that they got something in the eye socket during the operation causing the infection..and instead of giving us the medicine to fix their error, they charged us. Now because of all the stops in to help this cat we depleted our financial resources and so when or actual cat got sick we couldn't afford the over night stay he needed and ultimately the cat passed away art my son's feet...the cat was my son's best friend.

They've been so kind to us and so compassionate to my pets, especially during the most difficult times. Procedures are explained, options are discussed and prices are reasonable. I feel like I'm dealing with very qualified, good friends.

Norwood is amazing. Our dog Tanner is our baby. He's been sick and we were scared. Dr Grebe found out he's diabetic. We were worried but Dr Grebe took his own personal time to spend an hour explaining...
Norwood is amazing. Our dog Tanner is our baby. He's been sick and we were scared. Dr Grebe found out he's diabetic. We were worried but Dr Grebe took his own personal time to spend an hour explaining it to us and his treatments so even though it serious it's not so scary. He is the ONLY vet Tanner will ever see and all our future furbabies to come. Norwood has the best vets and staff and always take care of you. Thanks!!

Have been going to Norwood for about 20 years now and am completely satisfied. All of the Docs that I have had have all been very professional, yet very human in that they showed an obvious love for and respect to all of my animals. Their prices are reasonable. The office staff has always been courteous and friendly. I can honestly say that I have never been unsatisfied or disappointed with any/all of the Docs, and would highly recommend Norwood.

My pups have been taken care of by Norwood for almost 17 years. The entire staff is outstanding. The office and tech staff are friendly and always talk or pet the patients! Over the weekend I became terrified that something very seriously was from with Colton. Colton was seen almost immediately. After a hour exam and incredible care by Dr. Thomas and Stacie I took Colton home. My pets have been seen by all three staff vets and they are all equally outstanding. I seriously wish I could get my medical care there!

Norwood is amazing. Our dog Tanner is our baby. He's been sick and we were scared. Dr Grebe found out he's diabetic. We were worried but Dr Grebe took his own personal time to spend an hour explaining it to us and his treatments so even though it serious it's not so scary. He is the ONLY vet Tanner will ever see and all our future furbabies to come. Norwood has the best vets and staff and always take care of you. Thanks!!

Have been going to Norwood for about 20 years now and am completely satisfied. All of the Docs that I have had have all been very professional, yet very human in that they showed an obvious love for and respect to all of my animals. Their prices are reasonable. The office staff has always been courteous and friendly. I can honestly say that I have never been unsatisfied or disappointed with any/all of the Docs, and would highly recommend Norwood.

Norwood is a wonderful vet clinic. Love our vet Dr. Grebe who has provided great care for our four legged family members. The staff are friendly and professional. Getting an appointment when needed is never a problem. They love our companion animals almost as much as we do.

My pups have been taken care of by Norwood for almost 17 years. The entire staff is outstanding. The office and tech staff are friendly and always talk or pet the patients! Over the weekend I became terrified that something very seriously was from with Colton. Colton was seen almost immediately. After a hour exam and incredible care by Dr. Thomas and Stacie I took Colton home. My pets have been seen by all three staff vets and they are all equally outstanding. I seriously wish I could get my medical care there!
