A couple months ago my puppy ate my daughter's rubber bounce ball and got very I'll. I wasn't sure if she was going to make it.
But with the help of DR. GILL and his staff she is now 100% better. They took very good care of her during her stays and surgery.

I love Dr. J. I take all five of pits and 1 chihuahua and my moms dog. We drive from Waukesha because the prices are reasonable. He even gives me prices breaks for having more than one pet. I been going here for years. When my Ice had puppies he gave her an ultrasound so I would know how many pups to expect. I have high expectations and this place meets it, it's also very clean I just was there resently in May 2017.

I called to make an appointment for my pet to get neutered. I specifically told the receptionst over the phone I wanted the cheapest neutered service nothing more! I was quoted $249 (which was still VERY high in opinion, but hey I needed my puppy neutered asap. The next day husband dropped off my dog for services and receptionist still tried to sell additional services in which my husband declined again.When my husband picked up my dog the bill was $403.00 they still did additional services with our permission or even explaining to him any additional charges that could occur.. My husband disappointed paid for it to avoid confrontation. When I seen the bill I immediately called the supervisor whom stated she was the one who I made the appointment with over the phone and denied the conversation stating i wanted the cheapest neutered service for $249. I am currently waiting for a call back from the owner. To dispute these charges. This is not how a business is suppose to be ran. This clinic should care more about its customers and stop trying to rip them off. VERY DISSATISFIED and felt cheated.. Always understand what u are getting charged before services are rendered to avoid a surprise bill!

I took my bichon poodle here just for exam. Ask tons of questions because my baby was so skinny and basically I was told he was healthy plus I was doing fine. He is a good size and so on. The doctor ask me do I want dog(peanut) to get a rabies and nails trim. I told him I should check with the person that gave it to me because I don't know if they would affect in any type of way if he already had one so he was like no it would be okay; moreover, got the rabies shot and my baby nails trim. Took him the groomers next day right next to the vet clinic and she told me they didn't do a good job well I should get my money back. It was just $12 and I was just glad that I was told my baby was healthy and got his new fresh cut so I was so excited to him but my baby excitement definitely top mines cause was overrated .. About 6 weeks and 3 days later my baby peanut was having seizures & more so I took him to the hospital then that when told me he was too skinny .. I needed to put him down because he wouldn't really be the same if they did fix him .. Morals of the story is I ask the doctor was he was okay and ask questions about my baby peanut weight as well what I could do to fix it before any of this happen. NEVER SEND YOUR ANIMALS HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO LIVE!! Maybe I'm just mad because he haven't been gone that long but oh well they could of prevent this and I would still have my baby .. I miss him so much and I cry every night .. R.I.P Peanut !! P.S I would give this place zero stars if it was optional

Honestly customer service was great, people there are great, doctor did a good job, however, I was way overcharged. They saw me coming. My cat got a fish hook in his paw : ( . He had to be put down to have it removed and received antibiotics and pain medicine for the total of $325!!!!!!!!! I had to take him to a vet other than my own as all my doctors were in a meeting until the afternoon. When I called them to see how much they would have charged me and they replied est $80 surgery $30 office call and meds around $30 for a total of $140!!!!!! Twice of what they charged me, they ought to be ashamed of themselves ripping people off like that. The extra charges certainly don't go towards the decor!!! I am so disappointed that I will not come back and I recently acquired 2 of their patients which will now be going to my vet. In respect I will not list their name. I have 5 cats so it was a missed opportunity for you.

i took my 3 year old dog here for a routine check up & shots. it smelled like a pet urine factory. the chairs had all kinds of pet hair on them. the staff were so unprofessional, talking about how it was unfair that they always had to work saturdays and other employees didn't. after waiting 45 minutes i asked the receptionist how much longer, and she asked me if i was there on time & that they were short staffed. i was there before the start of my appointment and its not my problem that they were short staffed! i called twice for pricing before scheduling my appointment. i was told $9 for an exam, which i thought was cheap. when it was time for me to pay, i was told $19 for the exam. i didn't argue. i was just ready to leave from that smelly, nasty, unprofessional vet clinic. i promise you i will not be back.

I would never recommend or take my pet here again, this place does not take care of animals properly, I took my puppy there for treatment and nothing was done for him, but some expensive med that would not help him for the main symptoms and concerns I had, my puppy died at home hours later..I wish I had read the review before going but I was so in a rush to get treatment for my puppy I didnt read the review. It's sad how business/individual take advantage of people during a week moment in our lives, but give this long bio on how they love and treat animals. You can have a love for animals if you dont properly traet the animal, and if it all about the money.I hate that i ever went to this Vet, becase maybe my puppy would be alive if I had took him somewhere else.

This place is terrible, i took my cat there and he was there 6 times not including the initial visit and there were all these hidden fees that i was not told about in the first place. the doctor was rude and could really tell me what was wrong with my animal. and then i was talking with the tech there, who by the way obviously doesn't know what she's doing and she said there was another dog there and that dog had to stay for almost a month to get her foot fixed. i never in my life have heard of a dog needing to stay at a vet for that long and it wasn't life threatening they just couldn't get it right.(and why would you advertise that) i also took a look at their boarding facilities and i would never board my animals there. it smelt like ammonia, and the kennels have grates for the floor of the kennel so the animal never gets to be comfortable. i saw a few dogs back there when i was there and they had no blankets to stand on and it was so hot back there i started sweating immediately. they had no windows back there and the air wasn't on no ventilation at all, and the "yard" the animals got to go to use the bathroom in was filthy full of urine smell and visible fecal. it was all rock so they dogs don't even get grass to walk on when they get out of their uncomfortable kennels. i would never recommend this place to anyone, even my worst enemy. they are cheap though, but i guess you get what you pay for.

When my family and I took our puppy (cream) to this clinic, the process was quick and simply. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Our pup was getting his first shots. The clinic is clean and fresh no real waiting time we waited about 5 minutes after filling out some paper work. The doctor was helpful in helpn us get a better understanding about the type of dog we got. The service was friendly and courteous. I would recommend this clinic to any pet owner. Outstanding in offering support to our family. Thumbs Up!!

When I seen the bill I immediately called the supervisor whom stated she was the one who I made the appointment with over the phone and denied the conversation stating i wanted the cheapest neutered service for $249. I am currently waiting for a call back from the owner. To dispute these charges. This is not how a business is suppose to be ran. This clinic should care more about its customers and stop trying to rip them off. VERY DISSATISFIED and felt cheated.. Always understand what u are getting charged before services are rendered to avoid a surprise bill!

I took my bichon poodle here just for exam. Ask tons of questions because my baby was so skinny and basically I was told he was healthy plus I was doing fine. He is a good size and so on. The doctor ask me do I want dog(peanut) to get a rabies and nails trim. I told him I should check with the person that gave it to me because I don't know if they would affect in any type of way if he already had one so he was like no it would be okay; moreover, got the rabies shot and my baby nails trim. Took him the groomers next day right next to the vet clinic and she told me they didn't do a good job well I should get my money back. It was just $12 and I was just glad that I was told my baby was healthy and got his new fresh cut so I was so excited to him but my baby excitement definitely top mines cause was overrated .. About 6 weeks and 3 days later my baby peanut was having seizures & more so I took him to the hospital then that when told me he was too skinny .. I needed to put him down because he wouldn't really be the same if they did fix him .. Morals of the story is I ask the doctor was he was okay and ask questions about my baby peanut weight as well what I could do to fix it before any of this happen. NEVER SEND YOUR ANIMALS HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO LIVE!! Maybe I'm just mad because he haven't been gone that long but oh well they could of prevent this and I would still have my baby .. I miss him so much and I cry every night .. R.I.P Peanut !! P.S I would give this place zero stars if it was optional

Also, the receptionist suggested a way for me to get the best price on some vaccinations by combining several on one visit rather than making multiple visits.

Honestly customer service was great, people there are great, doctor did a good job, however, I was way overcharged. They saw me coming. My cat got a fish hook in his paw : ( . He had to be put down to have it removed and received antibiotics and pain medicine for the total of $325!!!!!!!!! I had to take him to a vet other than my own as all my doctors were in a meeting until the afternoon. When I called them to see how much they would have charged me and they replied est $80 surgery $30 office call and meds around $30 for a total of $140!!!!!! Twice of what they charged me, they ought to be ashamed of themselves ripping people off like that. The extra charges certainly don't go towards the decor!!! I am so disappointed that I will not come back and I recently acquired 2 of their patients which will now be going to my vet. In respect I will not list their name. I have 5 cats so it was a missed opportunity for you.

i took my 3 year old dog here for a routine check up & shots. it smelled like a pet urine factory. the chairs had all kinds of pet hair on them. the staff were so unprofessional, talking about how it was unfair that they always had to work saturdays and other employees didn't. after waiting 45 minutes i asked the receptionist how much longer, and she asked me if i was there on time & that they were short staffed. i was there before the start of my appointment and its not my problem that they were short staffed! i called twice for pricing before scheduling my appointment. i was told $9 for an exam, which i thought was cheap. when it was time for me to pay, i was told $19 for the exam. i didn't argue. i was just ready to leave from that smelly, nasty, unprofessional vet clinic. i promise you i will not be back.

I would never recommend or take my pet here again, this place does not take care of animals properly, I took my puppy there for treatment and nothing was done for him, but some expensive med that would not help him for the main symptoms and concerns I had, my puppy died at home hours later..I wish I had read the review before going but I was so in a rush to get treatment for my puppy I didnt read the review. It's sad how business/individual take advantage of people during a week moment in our lives, but give this long bio on how they love and treat animals. You can have a love for animals if you dont properly traet the animal, and if it all about the money.I hate that i ever went to this Vet, becase maybe my puppy would be alive if I had took him somewhere else.

This place is terrible, i took my cat there and he was there 6 times not including the initial visit and there were all these hidden fees that i was not told about in the first place. the doctor was rude and could really tell me what was wrong with my animal. and then i was talking with the tech there, who by the way obviously doesn't know what she's doing and she said there was another dog there and that dog had to stay for almost a month to get her foot fixed. i never in my life have heard of a dog needing to stay at a vet for that long and it wasn't life threatening they just couldn't get it right.(and why would you advertise that) i also took a look at their boarding facilities and i would never board my animals there. it smelt like ammonia, and the kennels have grates for the floor of the kennel so the animal never gets to be comfortable. i saw a few dogs back there when i was there and they had no blankets to stand on and it was so hot back there i started sweating immediately. they had no windows back there and the air wasn't on no ventilation at all, and the "yard" the animals got to go to use the bathroom in was filthy full of urine smell and visible fecal. it was all rock so they dogs don't even get grass to walk on when they get out of their uncomfortable kennels. i would never recommend this place to anyone, even my worst enemy. they are cheap though, but i guess you get what you pay for.

When my family and I took our puppy (cream) to this clinic, the process was quick and simply. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Our pup was getting his first shots. The clinic is clean and fresh no real waiting time we waited about 5 minutes after filling out some paper work. The doctor was helpful in helpn us get a better understanding about the type of dog we got. The service was friendly and courteous. I would recommend this clinic to any pet owner. Outstanding in offering support to our family. Thumbs Up!!
