Excellent medical for my pets. Dr Ray did emergency surgery on our cat, altering his whole plan for the day by coming in early and taking her first. Until recently, they didn't take appointments. It worked for me. They still take walk ins. Later this week, I will take another cat in for yearly checkup. We will leave for the vet when we feel like it.

On the day that I visited Belle City it was first come first serve. The wait time was unexpectedly quick, which i really appreciated. The waiting room was clean and the ladies at the front desk were kind. The doctor whom seen my dog was super gentle, kind and knowledgeable. She explained the action plan for my pet clearly and in a way in which I fully understood (no medial jargon). I was pleased with my overall visit to this veterinary clinic.

I recently had both dogs in on 4/22/17 with kennel cough, which they caught from my foster dog. I was given doxy for them both, but my old girl didn't seem to be improving after a few days, in fact her cough was worse. I called back to ask if it was safe to use a combination of Doxy with an over the counter cough supressant. I was given the typical answer "Bring her in", so I made an appointment for the next day. A few minutes later I received a call from Eric, saying he overheard the conversation and wanted to go over a few options. He said they would be happy to see Ariel in the office, but that yes I could try Robitussin DM and see how she does the next few days. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me answering all my questions and making sure I knew exactly what over the counter med to get. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated this! Number one, he saved me from paying for an unnecessary visit, but more importantly it shows me that he cares. He could have very easily ignored what he overheard and said "Not my problem", but he decided to go the extra mile follow up with me and give me ALL the options. He truly went above and beyond with me today. Give that guy a raise! :)

My cat was not feeling well , brought him in early in week. He wasn't eating & was lethargic. Vet ran some tests, gave him some anti biotic & sent me home & said they would call when result came in......
My cat was not feeling well , brought him in early in week. He wasn't eating & was lethargic. Vet ran some tests, gave him some anti biotic & sent me home & said they would call when result came in... Cat didn't get any better as I waited for a call. Finally a few days later , received a call , voicemail as I was at work , to call them back... Of course no one answers & they close ... My cat died the next day as I tried to rush him to ER ... He died of acute liver failure. Vet office knew he was in very bad shape , but didn't even leave me a message w test results about how urgent the situation was & inevitable outcome .. I wish I had more time to prepare & not panic as he passed away..I would have liked to have know it was my last few hours w my friend ... I will never forget this & not sure I can recommend this place to another pet owner .. The Dr.s seemed nice enough & knowledgable, even though the office seems to lack compassion for the pet owners. This happened last year in August .... RIP Mocha

It worked for me. They still take walk ins. Later this week, I will take another cat in for yearly checkup. We will leave for the vet when we feel like it.
