I have been taking my dog Willy to Country View for over five years. I always asked for Dr. Slavik because of her expertise and compassion. This time he was sick and her schedule was full but they got me in to see Dr. Cyborski the same day. The care we received from her was equally exceptional. When they have had a treatment recommendation they gave me more than one option, whenever possible, and explained the reason for each one. This time because he was quite sick they followed up with phone calls, each of the next three days. They did the same after dental surgery a year ago. Well what can I say? I didn't even come here for my pet's doctor visit but rather on a business visit. Right away when I walked in I was greeted by a nice young gal behind the desk, while three of her busy co workers behind her acknowledged me too. The office manager, Cathy, is very kind and friendly. She was very helpful in anything I had asked for and assisting me in any request I had. The place is clean and we'll kept, and even the smell is fresh. Also, the back room where the staff are heavily working is neatly put together too. Professional and clean setting. Had to take the dog here in an emergency. We just moved to the area and was the closest location open. The staff was excellent, we got right in and gave us options as to what we could do and gave the suggested option they'd recommend. Cost was very reasonable. Read Less

I will not ever take my dogs there again. I went there to get a price of a spay and to have a tumor taken out. They gave me a price of about 120 dollars for both surgeries. When I got there the day of the surgery they told me they were going to charge me 200 and sum dollars. The tumor was in the same spot on her tummy that they were going to cut open anyways for the spay. I walked out and called lakeside animal hospital in oshkosh and they said they had to take the tumor out because it was in the same place they were cutting into anyways and they only charged me 105 dollars to have both surgeries done. I would not ever recommend this vet to anyone. A they ever do is scam people and try to get as much money out of u as they can. Read Less

Outstanding service, fair prices and truly caring staff. They listen to what your needs are and then accommodate in any way they can. My dog is extremely frightened of anything that has to do with nail cutting, fur shaving and shots. Dr De Decker suggested sedating him to relax his over active nerves. It is the only option for Coco.  Today was the first time in nine years that he went to the vet willingly. What a relief for me.I highly recommend Country View if you love your pets! Read Less

We moved to Neenah, and immediately got a puppy.  Max has been going to this vet since his first puppy shots at 8 weeks old.  He's 2 now.  I bring my 2 kitties here also for check ups.  All the vets are wonderful but my favorite is Dr. DeDeker.  Everyone is so kind; the staff is sweet and friendly.   You will feel comfortable that your pet is well taken care of and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places we've lived so we feel very fortunate.  Thank you countryview!  Please don't change! I found this vet when I first moved to Neenah and continued making the drive after moving to Oshkosh because I had such great experiences with this clinic. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful and now that I live 2 hours away, I'm having a hard time finding a clinic that's half as good as Country View Animal Hospital. They're very friendly and compassionate. They take the time to answer your questions and get to know your pet and they thoroughly explain any treatments or medicines they advise.
