When I moved to the Valley in 1999, I needed to find a vet. My friends recommended Great Lakes, and I have been a client ever since, no matter where I have lived. They have been there, and I think grieved with me, when I have had to say good-bye to old friends. And they have taken delight in new friends. I find all the staff wonderful to deal with, and they take great care of all us: our furbabies and their humans. I appreciate them more than I ever tell them.

We've been with Great Lakes, Dr. Randy, Dr. Sue and Dr. Jeff, for almost 20 years. I believe they feel our losses as much as we do, along the excitement of a new pet. They have taken care of us as well as our many animals! They hire excellent staff - who oooohhh and aaaawwww at our "babies" and make each of us feel important. They are kind and professional, and always have the animal's best interest at heart.

We recently moved to Oshkosh from Milwaukee. For over 20 years we took our pets to only one vet. We loved them! Needless to say we were very anxious having to find a new vet. One of my coworkers suggested Great Lakes Veterinary Clinic. We are thrilled! Everyone is so personable. The clinic is clean. We've always been taken on time. They are so gentle with our baby girls. If you're looking for a great vet - this is the one!!!!!!

I've been with Great Lakes for many many years. Dr. Randy is the best. And the staff is always excellent. They treat my cats as if they were their own. I wouldn't trust any other vet. Love them all.

We've been going here for 14 years, for one dog alone an we've had others. We didn't get our dog her rabies shot the instant they wanted. So they won't even let us come in for clipping her nails! The lady on the phone was completely rude! We've found another vet who is not only cheaper but much more accommodating!

Love the staff and Vets here. Dr. Jeff has been with us since we got Jase. When Jase got sick with Blasto, we felt very comfortable asking him questions. We trust Dr. Jeff with our Jase. We came in recently because we thought Jase had Kennel Cough. He ruled out the KC but wanted to make sure with Jase's history with Blasto that it wasn't coming back. We value his opinions because we know he truly cares about all the animals he sees. Thank you so much to all the staff and Dr. Jeff. We appreciate you guys so much.

This past week we had a crisis with my son's cat and could not have been treated better by Great Lakes. Kitty needed emergency surgery because of never having been spayed. My son learned a valuable lesson about preventative care and though we live in Green Bay, I will now be bringing all my pets to Great Lakes. Awesome staff. Thank you.

Always excellent care. After helping our dog during the last visit, Dr Jeff took my adult son who has a severe cognitive disability for a tour, gave a demo of the otoscope with video, and talked to him at just the right level to keep him interested. Supportive staff were also amazing. I rarely see this level of empathy and compassion, both for animals and people. Brought tears to this mom's eyes. Well worth the drive, when needed.

We love going to Great Lakes. Love Dr. Randy and the staff. When we had to put down our dog they were so kind and compassionate. Loved the privacy room we had to be with her. The dog angel pins are with all of us. We bought a plague with our dogs name on it and her paw print. Never saw a place that did that before. When we picked up her ashes and her plague they still gave us the privacy we needed and used the backdoor to grieve. Our other dogs also go there and we will always go there with our pets. They get you in when it's your time. Don't wait forever like some other places. If you have an emergency you can call that morning and they can get you in the same day.

When I moved to the Valley in 1999, I needed to find a vet. My friends recommended Great Lakes, and I have been a client ever since, no matter where I have lived. They have been there, and I think grieved with me, when I have had to say good-bye to old friends. And they have taken delight in new friends. I find all the staff wonderful to deal with, and they take great care of all us: our furbabies and their humans. I appreciate them more than I ever tell them.

We recently moved to Oshkosh from Milwaukee. For over 20 years we took our pets to only one vet. We loved them! Needless to say we were very anxious having to find a new vet. One of my coworkers suggested Great Lakes Veterinary Clinic. We are thrilled! Everyone is so personable. The clinic is clean. We've always been taken on time. They are so gentle with our baby girls. We've been going here for 14 years, for one dog alone an we've had others. We didn't get our dog her rabies shot the instant they wanted. So they won't even let us come in for clipping her nails! The lady on the phone was completely rude! We've found another vet who is not only cheaper but much more accommodating!

This past week we had a crisis with my son's cat and could not have been treated better by Great Lakes. Kitty needed emergency surgery because of never having been spayed. Always excellent care. After helping our dog during the last visit, Dr Jeff took my adult son who has a severe cognitive disability for a tour, gave a demo of the otoscope with video, and talked to him at just the right level to keep him interested.
