I have only had good experiences at this vet clinic. We took our two older American Eskimo dogs there for years, up to including when it was time to say goodbye to them (Blake in May of 2017 and Brie in February of 2018). When we got our Golden Retriever puppy in early 2018, we brought him there for all of his puppy shots and checkups. Just recently we had a horrible experience of adopting a second puppy from a rescue only to discover he was sick with Parvovirus. Dr. Amir was able to fit him in the same morning he got sick, diagnose him, and recommend a 24-hour veterinary clinic to take him to in order to give him the best chance of survival. Unfortunately, after 6 days of impatient care at the other clinic he passed away, but I truly believe that Dr. Amir's ability to get him in only a few hours after having initial symptoms gave him his best chance at survival. We will continue bringing Henley, our Golden Retriever, to this clinic for as long as they are in business. He really listens to my concerns, is priced incredibly reasonably, and truly cares about my pets. The only negative thing to be said about this clinic, in my experience, is that it can take a while to get seen because the place is so incredibly busy. But it's worth the wait. Read Less

Fast service. I accidentally showed up a week before my puppies appointment and they still took me. Granted it was only for cannel cough and nails and heartworms check. However, they didn't have to. The cost was $15 for vaccination which is cheapest in area. They don't charge a exam fee for nail, vaccinations, or tests which is very refreshing. The nails cost $5 dollars per dog. I will never go here again.On wed last week. My bf took my dog there and they ran tests and the doctor said, i don't see anything wrong, after reading xrays three times. Then he ran a blood test. So that night had to take my dog to Fox Valley Referral in Appleton and they ran a test right away and said she is very sick. So why did wellness not see this? Then after the blood tests on Thursday morning when Wellness called he still didn't know what was wrong . This is the worst. Needless to say i spent money and they told me nothing. I ended up showing up about 10 minutes late (should have checked my directions before I left) but they were still able to fit me in. All the staff was friendly. My dog needed nails trimmed, 2 shots and a blood test. The dr got it done super fast and my dog hates his nails trimmed. Whole visit ended up costing $60 which included a heartworm pill. Read Less

Dr Amir and his staff have been taking great care of my greyhounds for years. Excellent service and wonderful to work with regarding the care of my dogs. The price is cheap but I waited 50 minutes just to get to a room and it's been over an hour now and I'm still waiting to see the Vet. On top of that there aren't many chairs in the waiting room and if my dog doesn't like your dog (or visa versa) and the only chair open is by "you" I would of had to stand for an hour!? I called at 3 pm on Friday, my 8 month old puppy that we adopted from the humane society 1 month ago got a fishing lure stuck in his lower lip. As my dog is whining and bleeding, i called and asked if they could help me with advice or if I could bring him in. I have been going here for years they treat you like you are family. They take the time to talk with you and there is never a rush to get you in and out the door. I went to a veterinary in Oshkosh that I just hated and I would never go back there. I have seven pets that are just like my kids. My 14-year-old Dog was not doing well at all they took the time to sit and talk with me about what they would like to do. They never pushed me in to do anything I did not wish to you. Th...ey talked me throw what they are going to my baby girl and when they were done they took more time and talked with me. They had her meds all ready for me and I could not get the great treatment. I have to say she did pass on a week later she was really sick. They set up a time for me to bring in her body and help me throw the pain I was feeling. They talked to me and let me know how sorry they all were for my loss. This week I got a call to tell me her ashed wherein and I could come in and get them anytime I was ready. We took our dog to Wellness for the first time and loved it. The prices were significantly less than what we had been paying at a different local (but great!) vet. What impressed me the most was the Veterinarian himself. Our dog always seemed to be extremely stressed during his last vet exams and took the vet + 1-2 assistants to keep him still during blood draws but today it's like he didn't even realize he was getting shots and blood drawn and the vet did it all himself within a few seconds. If I could give no stars I would. First we brought our dog in to neutered and found out at pick up that they found a staph infection where they did the neuter. Then we brought our cat of 18 years here to be euthanized after reading all the reviews on how "wonderful" this joke of a vet was. I'm not going to get into detail but let's just say his form of euthanasia is far from humane. Prices are cheap for a reason and you pay for what you get. My daughters dog had to have an emergency Pyometra all other vets said she was going to die and it was too late. They got her in immediately and saved her life !! When no one else wanted to do the surgery cuz she wouldn't make it they all said. She is amazingly healthy now it was a miracle and the price was 1/4 of what everyone else said the price was I send everyone I know there now. I wish I could give zero stars. I took my kitty there because I thought she had ear mites, he took one little look and said yep and to use these ear drops, two days later, her ear are bright red and burning hot to the touch. So I took her to the wet in Omro and they said she has a bacterial infection and an ulcer. No sign of any ear mites!  I called him and he just said "well, I saw ear mites" really? The other vet couldn't find any sign of them, but that is what you saw just two days earlier? I don't think so. And my cat was only five months old at the time. She is now a year old, but won't let anyone touch her ears because of that whole situation. He didn't try to remedy the situation or anything, will not take any of fur-babies there anymore. Not worth it to save a few bucks. He is cheaper, but if you care about your animal, take him/her somewhere else where they actually check the animal for more than a few seconds. Read Less

I expect a place where you take your pet to be a friendly environment filled with people who have a passion to work around animals. If I could give this place a zero, I would. Walked in and the 2 women at the front desk didn't even acknowledge me so I told them why I was there. She told me to take a seat, waited 30 minutes to be put in a room that smelled like cat pee. The "vet tech" finally came in after I was there for 40 minutes past my appointment time. Very disappointed at the lack of caring he showed. The guy who gave my cat a shot didn't even hold her and said she won't feel it, then after she hissed and meowed he laughs. After that, I stood where I needed to pay and there's two other people waiting as well, still wasn't acknowledged to tell me she will be with me in a second. The lady trying to pay was using a credit card and their computers were down so she wrote the customers card number down and asked if it was okay for her to run her card later. The customer didn't feel comfortable with it... It then basically turned into an argument between the two women at the desk and the customer. The two women at the desk noted how they'd lose their job... Ha, okay, clearly they don't have a passion for what they do anyways. I finally interrupted and told her to take the cash I had and I'll call back to pay the remaining $5 with my card. Unreal. I will never bring my cat there again. If she wasn't terrified of riding in the car, I would have taken her home and made an appointment elsewhere after the lack of customer service as I walked in the door and the time it took them.Read Less

The Drs were amazing ,very friendly, completely honest, and affordable. My black lab has developed allergies; they were straightforward with me about treatment options. They pointed out the pros and cons of allergy testing at his age, but ultimately let me decide how to treat him. Best of all they have access to the medication he needs. Dr Amir has very high credentials educated at Cornell University. Dr Amir is the Best Veterinarian I've ever run across. Dr Amir truly does put you at ease and you can tell his true love and true dedication of animals and their health and welfare. Dr Amir's is very affordable he doesn't try to gouge you for services and fees. The vaccinations are very affordable the best prices in town. I just adopted a shih tzu 6yrs old and he had a infection so I had him neutered. Five days latter he was so very healthy and super active much more then my cavalier Saint Charles who is 2yrs old. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. Dr Amir is a very kind, humble, gentle, considerate man. I must say, I was more than a little nervous taking my little furry friend to his first vet appointment for a wellness exam and his shots. He was a rescue kitty and he did not take well to relocating to my place initially AT ALL. He hid under the bed for a week. So when the time came to get his pet tag for the new year, I was dreading the situation immensely. The car ride over in his pet carrier was pretty awful of course, but  after I took him in the examining room and let him out of the carrier, Dr. Amir put him at ease in short order. He is a really nice gentleman with an obvious affinity for animals and it shows in how he interacts with them. He explained everything I needed to know about caring for my little furry friend in a fair amount of detail. Considering I had never owned a cat in my life prior to my recent acquisition, I found this advice extremely helpful. It is my hope that I won't have to take a trip to Wellness Veterinary anytime soon other than for routine check-ups, but I am confident that Dr. Amir will take good care of my kitty should the need arise.
