One star is an over statement. Sent a request to sign off on an emotional support dog that I've had registered for over a year and that they have seen as a patient for over two years. They pushed off the request knowing it was time sensative. Denied the request without an office visit. Had to miss a flight and a vacation. Thanks for taking care of your clients of over 4 years. My oldest girl, Midnight, dreaded going to see "the doc" until I brought her here. The staff was very awesome and once again, my beautiful domestic long hair female actually likes going for car rides and getting check ups like when she was a kitten. You can tell they love animals here, and will help you keep them healthy and happy.Read Less

I have never had a bad experience here. We have taken both of our dogs here and have not experienced any of the problems that other reviewers have experienced. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to my family. We had to take one of our dogs in to be spayed recently€ we were called with updates throughout the day. When I picked up my dog they went through all of the aftercare needs very thoroughly.Read Less

we took our dog to this place and we sat 10 mins waiting while people work there walking around no one was there and they wanted 65 just to see our puppy when the first visit is free all they wanted was money as u can see it was a hard time getting my 65 back it took 2 weeks and lots of naging never again Read Less

Used to love this place until the short hair blonde woman started working there at front desk! She was being pushy about shots my dog wasn't even due for yet...I just got a new puppy and he's sick so I called to make an appointment I asked if I needed to bring the 50 puppy paper for 1st 50.00 off 1st puppy visit...she said I didn't have to...they automatically do that for new puppys....anyways I was charged office fee so when I got home I called and asked wtf? The same blonde told me because I didn't bring paperwork so I was charged ...but yet she said it wasn't needed...not to mention my puppy has kennel or upper respiratory infection....so the vet issued a script...all of my friends that have been in same situation said there vet treated there dog at home as well...just tells me how there focus is on $$$.....it would b just like a regular Dr treated one child with strep throat and the one at home ....with that being said I'll be canceling payment on check and sending out a check for script....it'd rather drive to Pewaukee where I know they don't just think of money! Today, we had to put our beloved 14 year old kitty to sleep. I had previously had a bad experience when we had to put our 16 year old dog down 3 years ago with a vet who is no longer at this clinic. In the past, we have received EXCELLENT care from Dr. Megan Borgstrom and today was no different. She was so incredibly kind, thoughtful, understanding and most importantly, compassionate as she helped our sweet girl pass away peacefully. I will never take my only remaining pet to any other doctor but Dr. Borgstrom. As for the rest of the staff, we've always been treated with the utmost respect and feel like they remember us every time we have a visit. Dr. Borgstrom takes special attention to all of her patients, remembering their names, mannerisms and personalities which, in my opinion, goes above and beyond! So please, if you've had a previous bad experience, give this clinic and their staff a chance. I believe there have been changes for the better, otherwise I wouldn't have trusted them with one of the most heartbreaking decisions a human will ever have to decide... Read Less
