Dr. Yatso is THE BEST! My cat was sick and he knew right away what was wrong and got him on a treatment plan that our family could afford. So much friendlier than other places we've gone. They get it that our pets are part of our family. Now, we bring all our pets here and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Scheduled the appointment for our dog to be seen for his annual checkup and reviewed over the phone everything we needed done and what we wanted for tick prevention. I went over it all over the phone because I knew my husband was the one who needed to take him in and he hasn't yet had to previous years. My husband took him in and they kept asking him if he wanted to "add on ____ " or if he wanted them to "do this today?" (all of which would've added up to near $1000 more than we were expecting to pay that day). And still, he was asked again what we wanted for tick prevention (when the call stating his prescription was in was waiting on the answering machine while at the vet). After the visit was done, he was sent on his way and no word was said as he walked out. This was quite a poor experience for someone who was a first time visitor to this vet and poor communication between setting up the appointment and the actual appointment.

I like that when we go to HVC, our dogs are seen by the veterinarian. Our rescue dogs needed dental attention and the whole process was conducted professionally and with care. We received an estimate, before and after photos, clear direction for the healing process and a detailed report. We are pleased with Dr. Kate and all the staff we have met. Thank you all!

They take such great care of my boys. Rocky, who I refer to as my "Million Dollar Dog", has had several procedures done here including the removal of his left eye after an accident, the removal of an umbilical hernia, two teeth pulled, staples in his paw after breaking a flower vase, and we also had him neutered. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. They are so good with both Rocky and Chevy, who thankfully isn't as accident prone and is a less frequent visitor than Rocky. I take both boys here yearly for their check-ups and vaccinations and can't tell you how much I appreciate how loving and caring they are with my fur babies.
Our family also went through the pain of having to put our family dog Shaggy down a few years back after he was diagnosed with cancer. They were so kind and caring to not only Shaggy but our family as well. They even sent us a sympathy card with Shaggy's paw print on it. It was wonderful for them to send such a thoughtful gift for us to remember Shaggy by.

Excellent place! So glad we found them, moved up from Milwaukee and thought it would be hard to find a good very for our elderly dog...when it was his time they made us feel so comfortable n was so sympathetic and did a wonderful job on his cremation. Can't say enough about the docs and staff, and are our new vet for our new puppy!

Me and Bentley just got back from our first visit to this place and let me tell you we will be switching vets as soon as I can I have never had someone treat Bentley so amazing. Never seen Bentley so calm with a doctor before even with them being right in his face. Definity glad that I gave a shot and the best thing I called today for a appointment and they got me right in no waiting for a few weeks!

They take such great care of my boys.
