I have had very good experiences with this vet. I have worked with two doctors, who were amazing, and several staff members who were kind and courteous, to not just me, but my furry family member. My kitty, Madison, has not been doing well, and I have been quite worried about her. Everyone at this clinic were supportive, offered great advice, and never pushed me to spend more than I was able. They even made suggestions for how I can help my kitty at home, so I would not have to keep coming in for visits. Furthermore, I have spoken with doctors and staff over the phone, and they were very easy to talk to, and helped a great deal without having us come in for a visit. This saved money for me, and stress for my poor kitty. Madison is doing much better, and I credit the positive results with this clinic. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone with furry family members (perhaps other types of critters as well, I just have no experience with that) and will keep coming back.

My pet was sick on the week-end, Dr Mark returned my call and gave me advice on how to take care of my pet. They are also good at fitting you into their schedule when you pet is in distress. Costs are discussed up front for what tests they recommend. Pricing is good. I've been a client since 2004. I've moved away, took my pet to a different clinic and came back for so many reasons. Just an excellent clinic!

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. They really try hard to get you in as soon as they can. My sister brought her newly adopted cat here because he had a tumor on his jaw and they were able to look at it and operate the same day for half the price she was quoted elsewhere. She had come in from Elm Grove, Wi to do this! They all seem to genuinely care for both the pet and the pet owner. I have been taking my foster to permanent cat there for over a year now and have always had wonderful service!

I took our dog in as he was acting sick and throwing up. Dr. Mike did blood work up and it showed glucose levels 5x normal. Dangerously high. The doctor decided not to treat the glucose and gave hi...
I took our dog in as he was acting sick and throwing up. Dr. Mike did blood work up and it showed glucose levels 5x normal. Dangerously high. The doctor decided not to treat the glucose and gave him antibiotics for a possible infection. Our dog died within 24 hours. Please be careful.

I have had very good experiences with this vet. I have worked with two doctors, who were amazing, and several staff members who were kind and courteous, to not just me, but my furry family member. My kitty, Madison, has not been doing well, and I have been quite worried about her. Everyone at this clinic were supportive, offered great advice, and never pushed me to spend more than I was able. They even made suggestions for how I can help my kitty at home, so I would not have to keep coming in for visits. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. They really try hard to get you in as soon as they can. My sister brought her newly adopted cat here because he had a tumor on his jaw and they were able to look at it and operate the same day for half the price she was quoted elsewhere. I took our dog in as he was acting sick and throwing up. Dr. Mike did blood work up and it showed glucose levels 5x normal. Dangerously high. The doctor decided not to treat the glucose and gave him antibiotics for a possible infection. Our dog died within 24 hours. Please be careful.
