This place is amazing! They are super friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. We missed our appointment and they still managed to fit us in that day for a reschedule because they knew it was a time important thing. No one there was mad or rude in anyway that we put them in this position and I can’t thank them enough for helping us out! Great place that I will continue bring my fur babies too! Read Less

Horrible. Incompetent. The only reason we went is because Our 3 year old rescue cat FREAKS OUT in the car, and he was close by. She was losing weight and appeared to be in pain while she ate. I pleaded with him to recheck her teeth so he quickly looked again and claimed "they were fine". I took him to our regular vet and she immediately found an exposed root and absorbative lesions. Our golden retriever loved going to the Animal Clinic of Suamico and received excellent care there for his entire life. Putting him down was tough. Dr. Spires made the experience quick and pain-free for Cooper, and we appreciated his follow-up condolence card. We have a new puppy now, and we have our first appointment for him next week. Rates are very reasonable, and the staff I've dealt with have been professional. My only "complaint" would be that the hours are somewhat limited (7-5 weekdays and 8-noon on Saturday), but I don't expect Dr. Spires to work 24 hours a day. (Emergency appointments are referred to Green Bay Animal Emergency Center.) I would definitely recommend this clinic. p.s. In reference to a previous review, "Angel" doesn't work there anymore. We had been taking our dog to Dr. Spires in Suamico for a few years because our previous vet at the Animal Hospital of Ashwaubenon collected a urine sample I specifically asked not to and tried to charge my unsuspecting husband for it when he took my dog in (I can easily collect a urine sample from my dog). They kept raising their rates as well so we looked to switch. We love Dr. Spires and the entire clinic. The receptionist, Angel, was a bit rude when I called to inquire about putting our dog down. In the end, he passed within an hour of the phone call, but she made it seem like an inconvenience that I had made several calls asking what we should do. Other than that, we love this clinic and continue to use them with our new dog. They were very sympathetic in the end with the passing of our dog. We love the care the vet shows to animals. Quality of service and the friendliness and competancy of staff are huge as well. This clinic has it all.Read Less
