Our family is new the the Sun Prairie area. We needed our dog's annual check -up done, which was already a couple months behind schedule due to our move. Token Creek Veterinary Clinic was great. Not only did I have to bring the fur baby in, but due to me being home with our children I also had to bring them. All of the staff was amazing and the doctor was so patient with my 5 year old son who asks tons of questions. A dog, five year old, stroller, mobile 19th month old all in one room!!! The exam was thorough and very welcoming. I was able to speak freely about his past history and any concerns moving forward with his care. As our little fur babies get older sometimes the stress about doing everything appropriate can have you second guessing yourself. The doctor even helped us out the door, which I am sure felt like organized chaos in itself. Thank you for everything!!!!!!!!

The Vets are nice people, and that's about it for positivity here. The lady receptionist is rude and condescending, which is less than ideal for a person in that position. They book their schedule way...
The Vets are nice people, and that's about it for positivity here. The lady receptionist is rude and condescending, which is less than ideal for a person in that position. They book their schedule way in advance so if your pets have any issues that require attention within 4 weeks then start looking elsewhere right away because they can't do anything unless someone cancels a check up. They're quick to do testing and bill you, without ever solving anything. We've ended up going to emergency clinics every single time. Including our most recent trip this last weekend, after another unanswered urine test that I wasted money on, I had to go to a walk in clinic and start from square one. To top it off, the walk in clinic noticed my cat has two bad teeth that will need removed too, even though Token creek told me a his teeth were fine a few months ago when he was in and I SPECIFICALLY asked about his teeth because of bad breath. There are a few vet clinics around this area, and every one of them is better than this place..

I will never take my dogs or cat to any other vet! Our dogs are practically dragging me into your building when it's time for their check up they like you so much! They don't sense anything amiss (i.e., it's shot time!) and when they are getting their shots they don't even notice the doctors are so good! The doctors and staff at Token Creek Vet Clinic are knowledgeable, very kind to our pets, and always around to answer any questions I may have regarding their care. Thanks to all of you! You're a wonderful bunch of people!

I can never say enough good things about this vet clinic. Doctor Zilker is amazing and always takes the time to make sure all of your concerns are addressed and that you understand all of your options. I have been going here since I moved to this side of town, 8 years ago and I will never go to another vet. I trust her and the staff to always help out and treat my fur babies.

In January 2017, my cat of almost 19 years passed away. It was the weekend and I needed someone to help. I wanted to have him cremated and went online to the place that does this and Token Creek Vet was listed as a partner vet. I called Token Creek that morning and they were so very gracious and helped me out immediately. Based on their caring nature, as they didn't know me from Adam, I decided to take my younger cat there for her check-up a couple weeks later, and I'm so very glad I did. Dr. Covington and the staff, genuinely cared about my pet and me.

I love going to this vet. I have 4 dogs of my own and take several of my foster dogs here. All of the vets are wonderful! I also can't say enough great things about the vet techs and front desk folks. So very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this clinic to everyone - many of my friends and acquaintances now see these doctors. Great experience - happy I found them!!

I've been a customer of theirs for years. They take their time with the animals and do their best to love on them and make them feel comfortable. They also follow up after appointments that are not just annuals to address any further concerns you might have. One of my cats is terrified of dogs and they take care to make sure they don't cross paths if it can be helped. I wish every vet clinic operated this way.

One year after I rescued my best friend Tyler, I found out he was heartworm positive. I was so scared and intimidated by the diagnosis, but every single staff member reassured me that my Tyler was in the best hands with Dr. Zilker, and they were all so right! Both veterinarians are highest quality and patiently get to the core of any issues with my 2 dogs. When I drive by the Token Creek Vet Clinic on HWY 19, my dogs will start barking because they not only love the treats but the staff scratch their ears. I have recommended this office to other pet owners because I know they will be pleased with the care for their dogs and their own piece of mind from the veterinarians.

I have a black lab who is my best friend in the whole world, who deserves nothing but the BEST! We are both so lucky that we have found token creek and Dr. Diane Zilker. We have always received the best care. My lab has had numerous health issues and very bad joints. He is up there in age and having great difficulty moving about. Dr. Zilker now offers laser treatments to help with mobility and pain. I never dreamed these laser treatments would work so rapidly. I have a two story house and after the first treatment my lab was once again able to run up the stairs. This is something that he was unable to for about a month. I no longer have to give him pain meds. These laser treatments are very affordable and effective. Again, I can't say enough about how gratefull we are to have found Dr. Zilker and her wonderful caring staff!

There are so many great things I could say about Token Creek but I would be here all day, but in very few words as I can the service is exemplary than anywhere my dogs have ever been! The staff has been wonderful, most caring and respectful of my little clan of rat terriers! Dr. Diane is wonderful and so compassionate. The techs are very knowledgeable and thorough with instructions with meds that need to be given and the client relation specialists are very personable and thorough also.

I work with a local rescue for kitties and have many of my own beloved cats. I must call 3 times a week for food or advice as I go from age 18 down. I have never felt rushed or that my issue was not important. I have had many treated with a variety of less than average issues. I feel many of little Angels have lived longer, more comfortable lives because Dr Zilker goes above and beyond. I just lost my little Eek-17 1\2-I feel they gave her another 6 months until her little soul was just old and tired. They handled her death with love and compassion. I am blessed to have them.

Dr. Zilker saw our cat and failed to perform many diagnostics pertinent to his issues. She didn't even feel his belly. Our cat was seen on a Friday afternoon. She sent him out the door with some antibiotics and a ""hope you feel better"" note on the bill. On Saturday, he was unresponsive. After a stay at the emergency vet clinic, tough decisions had to be made for his comfort and quality of life. His issues didn't just pop up overnight. Because Dr. Zilker failed to even offer basic tests, we didn't even get to be with our beloved family member when he passed. You are a disgrace to your profession. We came to you for help, and you gave us nothing. Please learn some care and compassion before another family suffers at your hands.

Our family is new the the Sun Prairie area. We needed our dog's annual check -up done, which was already a couple months behind schedule due to our move. Token Creek Veterinary Clinic was great. I take my 11 year old Schnoodle and one and a half year old Great Dane here and they always do a thorough job and give me all options that are available and explain everything to me. They treat my dogs like one of their own.

I've been a customer of theirs for years. They take their time with the animals and do their best to love on them and make them feel comfortable. They also follow up after appointments that are not just annuals to address any further concerns you might have. One of my cats is terrified of dogs and they take care to make sure they don't cross paths if it can be helped. I wish every vet clinic operated this way.

I had no concerns with my dog Ringo being neutered at TCV, I knew he was in the best hands possible. The staff is very caring and take their time in explaining and answering any questions or concerns.

One year after I rescued my best friend Tyler, I found out he was heartworm positive. I was so scared and intimidated by the diagnosis, but every single staff member reassured me that my Tyler was in the best hands with Dr. Zilker, and they were all so right! She took care of my Tyler as if he was her own dog, and for that I will be forever grateful. I will never take a pet anywhere else!

Both veterinarians are highest quality and patiently get to the core of any issues with my 2 dogs. When I drive by the Token Creek Vet Clinic on HWY 19, my dogs will start barking because they not only love the treats but the staff scratch their ears. I have recommended this office to other pet owners because I know they will be pleased with the care for their dogs and their own piece of mind from the veterinarians.

The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional and more importantly to me my dogs were treated with loving care. I highly recommend the clinic!

I have a black lab who is my best friend in the whole world, who deserves nothing but the BEST! We are both so lucky that we have found token creek and Dr. Diane Zilker. We have always received the best care. My lab has had numerous health issues and very bad joints. He is up there in age and having great difficulty moving about. Dr. Zilker now offers laser treatments to help with mobility and pain. I never dreamed these laser treatments would work so rapidly. I have a two story house and after the first treatment my lab was once again able to run up the stairs. This is something that he was unable to for about a month. I no longer have to give him pain meds. These laser treatments are very affordable and effective. Again, I can't say enough about how gratefull we are to have found Dr. Zilker and her wonderful caring staff!

There are so many great things I could say about Token Creek but I would be here all day, but in very few words as I can the service is exemplary than anywhere my dogs have ever been! The staff has been wonderful, most caring and respectful of my little clan of rat terriers! Dr. Diane is wonderful and so compassionate. The techs are very knowledgeable and thorough with instructions with meds that need to be given and the client relation specialists are very personable and thorough also.

I work with a local rescue for kitties and have many of my own beloved cats. I must call 3 times a week for food or advice as I go from age 18 down. I have never felt rushed or that my issue was not important. I have had many treated with a variety of less than average issues. I feel many of little Angels have lived longer, more comfortable lives because Dr Zilker goes above and beyond. I just lost my little Eek-17 1\2-I feel they gave her another 6 months until her little soul was just old and tired. They handled her death with love and compassion. I am blessed to have them.

Dr. Zilker saw our cat and failed to perform many diagnostics pertinent to his issues. She didn't even feel his belly. Our cat was seen on a Friday afternoon. She sent him out the door with some antibiotics and a ""hope you feel better"" note on the bill. On Saturday, he was unresponsive. After a stay at the emergency vet clinic, tough decisions had to be made for his comfort and quality of life. His issues didn't just pop up overnight. Because Dr. Zilker failed to even offer basic tests, we didn't even get to be with our beloved family member when he passed. You are a disgrace to your profession. We came to you for help, and you gave us nothing. Please learn some care and compassion before another family suffers at your hands.
