I can always count on their help. Many times they just get my animals in,even if they are busy. I like the way Dr Khatter explains things to me in a way that I can understand. I never feel rushed, it's a small vet, but you get very personalized service.

I am so happy with this new vet for my kitty Sadie. She has had ongoing problems with ear infections and other vets just prescribe drops which are nearly impossible for me to get in Sadie's ears. Dr. Khatter did a different kind of treatment that worked like magic. She does what works best for your pet AND for you. She is sweet and gentle. Her clinic is easy to get to and her hours are fantastic. She is open til 7 pm Mon-Fri and on Sat until 2 pm. The other employees are great also, so welcoming and friendly. I will tell everyone I know to go to East Towne Clinic. I sound like a commercial but I'm a real live customer. I'll go there for as long as my Sadie stays with me (she's 15 years old). Thanks Dr. Khatter.

I had to put down my guinea pig simba last Thursday and it was the hardest thing ever. The staff at East Towne animal clinic was there with me for the last few minutes of his life. All of the employees there are so sweet and so compassionate. They made a hard and heart breaking decision become a less painful one.

Dr. Khatter took really great care of my German Shepherd, Maximus. I brought him in for a yearly checkup for heartworm and other booster shots and she found that he had some type of parasite infection that I'm sure he had for the full 1 1/2 years I've had him (he was a rescue) and our old vet had missed. My little buddy is visibly happier and healthier now. Thank you to both doctor and staff at East Towne Animal Clinic.

Dr. Khatter and her staff are true animal lovers. Over the past year and a half I have seen her for all 3 of my black lab mixes. She saved my 7 year old lab when he unexpectedly went into kidney failure -- almost one year later his kidneys are completely normal! Dr. Khatter has reasonable prices, is easy to get in touch with and is dedicated to keeping pets and owners happy. I highly recommend her and her office staff.

I am so happy with this new vet for my kitty Sadie. She has had ongoing problems with ear infections and other vets just prescribe drops which are nearly impossible for me to get in Sadie's ears. Dr. Khatter did a different kind of treatment that worked like magic. She does what works best for your pet AND for you. She is sweet and gentle. Her clinic is easy to get to and her hours are fantastic. She is open til 7 pm Mon-Fri and on Sat until 2 pm. The other employees are great also, so welcoming and friendly. I will tell everyone I know to go to East Towne Clinic. I sound like a commercial but I'm a real live customer. I'll go there for as long as my Sadie stays with me (she's 15 years old). I had to put down my guinea pig simba last Thursday and it was the hardest thing ever. The staff at East Towne animal clinic was there with me for the last few minutes of his life. All of the employees there are so sweet and so compassionate. They made a hard and heart breaking decision become a less painful one.

Dr. Khatter took really great care of my German Shepherd, Maximus. I brought him in for a yearly checkup for heartworm and other booster shots and she found that he had some type of parasite infection that I'm sure he had for the full 1 1/2 years I've had him (he was a rescue) and our old vet had missed. My little buddy is visibly happier and healthier now. Thank you to both doctor and staff at East Towne Animal Clinic.

Dr. Khatter and her staff are true animal lovers. Over the past year and a half I have seen her for all 3 of my black lab mixes. She saved my 7 year old lab when he unexpectedly went into kidney failure -- almost one year later his kidneys are completely normal! Dr. Khatter has reasonable prices, is easy to get in touch with and is dedicated to keeping pets and owners happy. I highly recommend her and her office staff.
