I have been to over 8 different vets and was displeased for various reasons. Doctor Elliot is BY FAR the best vet I have ever brought my dogs to. Reasonable prices and patient staff. I have been bringing my animals here for over 20 years and LOVE them! Dr. Rose is truly the best! She will research an issue she isn't familiar with and knows her stuff. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you want great care this is the place. If you want a shiny new expensive facility that makes you just feel like you're getting good care and charges you a ton you might need to go elsewhere. It's not a fancy place but my animals don't care- they just want to feel better and this is the place for that!! Highly recommend this vet! Read Less

Extremely unimpressed with the care my mother's dog is receiving from this outdated and outmoded clinic. Unfortunately I can't convince my mom to move to a new clinic, but hopefully I can steer others away before they make the mistake of going here to care for their animals. Read Less

As always Dr. Rose is calm, explains things and lets you decide what to do. I've taken my pets to Gentle Care for alot of years and wouldn't trust anyone else. The support staff and tech's are friendly and well trained. Read Less

My 9 week old rescue puppy woke up this morning and was very sick. She is so new to me (three days) that I have not yet establish a vet yet. I arrived right at the opening time and explained that I do not have a vet or an appointment but my puppy was very sick and I am looking for assistance. I was told that they would not see her and they are not accepting new clients....I asked for help on where I could go and I was provided no help. I was simply told there were other vet options in the area. Fortunately I call Kuenzi and while they werent able to get me in right away, they at least recommended I go to WVRC for emergency care. Its kind of unbelievable to think a vet clinic would be that cold when literally face to face with a sick 9 week old puppy and someone simply asking for guidance/assistance....I would stay away from this place.Read Less

We've gone to Gentle Care Vet Hospital for over 10 years. Dr. Elliott has a gift with animals. She has helped us with many pets, including a sick and elderly cat, as well as a new puppy and new kitten. She instantly makes our pets feel at ease, while teaching us how to give our pets the best possible care at home. Her facility is incredibly clean and well run. She suggests what she feels should be done without pushing you. Reasonable, compared to the last vet I went to. Every time I walked in the door I was spending 300+ at my old vet. We have been going to Gentle Care for about 5 years now. We love Dr. Rose. She is compassionate and caring! Our dog Molly had severe allergies. Gentle Care has been great for all of our animals for years. I have always felt we received quality time and care each time we go at very affordable prices. The staff is always wonderful with our animals. This is not a glitzy glamorous vet clinic. It is a small, family feeling small town business.
