I have had the most unprofessional contacts with this office. I called and talked to a nice woman on the phone and was told that some of the employees do in home care. I stopped in to talk to them abo...
I have had the most unprofessional contacts with this office. I called and talked to a nice woman on the phone and was told that some of the employees do in home care. I stopped in to talk to them about setting up care as was told a number of the women do that. I will be bringing my puppy home in two weeks, so I figured trying to get it setup three weeks ago would be plenty of time. It was for a thirty minute stop in around lunch to take my puppy out then play with her. Not even a walk. Everyone sounded excited. Two weeks go by with no contact. I stopped in again and left my info again and asked for a call back with a yes or no. I stop in today and find out that it can't be done and no one considered calling me to inform me. So now I have less than two weeks to find someone and I guess find a vet who cares. If this is how the first contact with a new client is handled, why would I risk my puppy being treated like I was treated??

We go to Pleasant Valley Vet to get our dog groomed. He gets excited when we pull in the parking lot and is a happy pup when we pick him up. They take great care of him and always ask if there is anything specific we'd like done. Staff is friendly and you can just sense their love for animals.
