Dr. Conlin and her staff are beyond wonderful. The care and compassion shown to us when we lost our beloved Rocco this past summer was amazing. What was even more amazing, we were a new patient at that time and Doc and staff immmediatley picked up on where our hearts and heads were at and we will forever be grateful. RIP Baby Rocco. We brought two frenchie babies home later last year, Doc, Jessica , Morgan and Jenn were helpful in advice and guidance from picking them up to the transition to our home to now. They are always available to us and more importantly, take care of our fur kids like they are their own. Imagine my surprise to read a negative review here on Google. Jessica is extremely kind and knowledgeable, if she doesn’t know the answer she gets us an answer. Betting my bottom dollar she would give up her bottom dollar before she would bargain care or advice for a “Google Review”. Just ridiculous!!!.
We have had fur kids as a family for over 30 years. We know good when we see good. West Bend Animal Hospital has our greatest admiration and respect and we HIGHLY recommend Doc and staff.

We have been taking our 2 felines to West Bend Animal Hospital for many years. We always felt very comfortable with Dr. Conlin's recommendations and always had us and our pets best interest at heart. The staff is wonderful and caring. It was a truly difficult decision to choose a different vet after moving away from West Bend.

My husband are I are so BEYOND pleased with every single person at the WBAH. Our dear Simba couldn't urinate, they patiently explained things to us, recommended things to us and basically were the rock we needed in our time of need. After many tests and catheters we found out he had super tiny stones in his bladder, so tiny an ultrasound couldn't see them. As soon as we found out, they scheduled his surgery asap. They kept us updated the entire time and called us often with updates as well as letting us come to visit him. We even received this photo from them right after his surgery to put our hearts at ease. No animal ever seems to comfortable at a vet clinic. But Simba seemed so happy there and with even employee there! They cared about him as much as we do and I love that about them. They were patient, informative, understanding and considerate. I can NOT recommend them enough to everyone I know and will continue to do so unless the day I die! Thank you all members of the staff, you were amazing! We can NOT thank you enough for saving our dear Simba!

Dr. Conlin and her staff are very caring and compassionate. They are always sympathetic with my concerns regarding €my boy€ when I need to bring him in. I have found Dr. Conlin to be knowledgeable and up-to-date regarding canine care. She takes time with her €patient€ to do a thorough exam and ask relevant questions. The staff is always pleasant and helpful whether in person or via phone. I am very pleased with the care €my boy€ receives.

They treat any animal with great love. Dr. Colin is outstanding with each animal she treats. Our little guy loves his nose kiss all the staff does. They have helped us in so many ways. The staff is very friendly and caring. Dr. Conlin and her staff are very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you understand what they are telling you. When calling with a concern and/or a need to bring one or both of my dogs in, they always accommodate me. Strongly recommend them. My dogs love them too.

We've been very pleased with the care provided by the friendly staff at WBAH over the fifteen years we have lived in WB: care for our older Himalayan, Willie, through the end of his life; and care for a distinctly marked DSH, Paris, whom we adopted from the local humane society. Paris was misidentified as a female. Wrong, distinctly a male. Also unknown to that point was his chronic pancreatitis, which Dr. Conlin identified and helped us treat through the flair-ups and guided us to providing a suitable diet to minimize the stress-induced issues.

This Vet and her crew have been our choice since we moved to WI in 2006. She has not only cared for extremely well but also helped us pass 5 of our cats over that Rainbow bridge when their time came. 4 were 15 years old or older and one 22. She gave them all loving care and understands not only fellow furred travelers but their human minions as well. Care is excellent and extremely up to date as she is constantly learning. Her "crew" all have their own furred friends and are not only helpful but appreciative of our concerns. I would recommend this Vet and her folks to anyone and above any we have had in over 4 states we have lived in. Kudos to her and her staff..

We have been taking our dogs to the West Bend Animal Hospital for over 24 years. Dr.Conlin and her staff are currently taking care of our third dog!! That in itself speaks volumes about the West Bend Animal Hospital. Dr.Conlin is very thorough, keeps abreast of best practices, and always takes the time to carefully address our concerns. Her staff is very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and welcoming. We have boarded our dogs numerous times over the years, knowing they will be well cared for, and they are. Our dogs are always excited to see Dr.Conlin and the staff when they are there, either for an appointment or boarding. Their understanding and compassion have helped us through the loss of two of our dogs. It was obvious they felt our loss as well. We highly recommend The West Bend Animal Hospital.

All follow up appointments were immediately scheduled, medication prescribed, and questions were answered. This Vet and her crew have been our choice since we moved to WI in 2006.
