We have been going to this Vet for years. Beside our appointments our "kids" seem to get in trouble and need unscheduled attention. They are quick to respond, friendly, very knowledgeable and caring. From Denise at the desk, to Dr. Mike and his Doctors, they are the best. Our latest drama was being out of state. Very helpful staff and understanding professionals, always get exactly help a pet needed. They all clearly love pets. Strongly recommend their professional help. My only complaint is check out processing. No complaint about friendly, accommodating staff. It is the POS (point of sale) system they still use. Their countertop card processing POS system rejected our card transactions (we have very high credit scores & available credit)...never determined cause. My bank analyst says it goes through then is immediately reversed, multiple times over a couple minutes...very odd. There service provider isn't responsive to requests for help. Never fixed after multiple visits. Have to use checks, mostly keep these on hand just for them. Read Less

It’s my first time owning a dog, my dogs nail split. I took her right to AMC, she was a little sassy with the vet. Barked, growled, nipped at her. But my pup soon warmed up to her. She was helpful with all of my questions and knowledgeable. The price was also phenomenal. Five stars no doubt about it. I've brought all four of my dogs here for the past few years. Unfortunately we had to put two dogs down a couple of years ago. And I've never had staff take care of my family and my babies so well in my life. Will not take my dogs to a different clinic again. Read Less

I have had nothing but good experiences working with this vet. I personally know 2 people that were frustrated with their vets and switched to WAMC. Both are extremely happy with the services and prices. Im surprised to see any negative reviews considering the experiences I've had with them over the years with multiple animals. If you're looking for a place that treats animals for a fair price with quality service, this is it. Have never had any issues and would recommend to anyone. Read Less

This vet clinic has an adequate veterinarian. However, the staff was extremely rude and requests to end services with their patrons. My mother brought her dogs (x3) here to this vet for approximately 9 months. She had minimal complaints. After noticing a mistake on her bill, she called to inquire about a charge and received an upset technician who was rude to my mom, accused her of being uncooperative, and requested she find another vet. All due to a mistake made by the clinic over billing my mom. I was so shocked that I decided to help her to write this review. My mom has now found another vet without trouble and without rude technicians. Very unprofessional place. If you have a choice, I'd research your options. Read Less
