We adopted a 8 yr old dog from the pound. She got out one night and was hit by a car. Her hip was broken. We could not afford the 2000 dollars to help her. So we had to surrender her. About 1 month later she was on a cheyenne garage sale site being given away for free. Now guess where she is at? She is at the pound. This vet is selfish and disgraceful. Please for the sake of your emotional state of mind, do not trust these people with your pets! The fact that they had no problems just giving her away instead of letting us adopt her back from them is disgusting. Don't let them do this to anybody else! Read Less

I took my dog here because she had a cyst on her elbow.  They drained it did a quick exam, blood tests and put her on Rimadyl for pain.  At first it seemed the medicine was helping then my dog started having seizures.  So I looked up side effects of Rimadyl and if fact it can cause seizure and even death.  So I took her back to try and get her on something else.  They doc spent about 20 minutes defending Rimadyl and they listened to her heart and said she had heart murmur and this was what probably was causing her seizures.  Took extra and put her on steriods.  Wouldn't even consider helping her detox from Rimadyl.  I paid almost $500 for the two visits and the exray and blood tests. Now they want me to spend another $350 on a heart scan.  My dog is 14 years old and no vet has ever told me she had a heart murur.  sHe also never had a seizure until after the Rimadyl.  All I wanted was her to be given something to counter the effects of the Rimadyl.   All you can hear are dogs crying in the back the entire time you are there.  The doctor was more concerned with defending Rimadyl then taking care of my dog.  I would never recommend this place.  We travel a lot and have to take our dogs to unfamiliar vets in emergency and this one was a bad choice.
