As I said before both vets and staff are amazing I would recommend this animal hospital to everyone without hesitation I will be using this veterans in the future

My little best (cat) friend was seriously sick. She wasn’t eating, and she was deteriorating quickly. I brought her here, and was extremely pleased. I was blessed to deal with Dr. Bisson, who you could tell really cared about my angel.
I am happy to report that my cat has bounced back, and I really believe that it is because she cares about animals, and knew the proper treatment plan to get her health back.
My heart was breaking and Dr. Bisson has repaired it by helping my cat. Thank you so much

I have been going to Baker for a long time--they are truly awesome from front staff, technicians, to the vet that I see there. I trust their philosophy and advice. There was nothing wrong with her eye and we got her vaccines updated. Prices weren't exorberant. We'll definitely be bringing our animals back here for everything.

Dr. Berezza is our vet. She seems awesome. Overall we have had good experiences at Baker Animal Hospital However, in an emergency situation where our new puppy was bitten by another dog, we saw Dr.Bertrand. As you can imagine, we were very upset about our little girl being hurt, we were blaming ourselves - it was a bit Traumatic for us, especially being new dog owners.
I was very unhappy with Dr. Bertrand's bedside manner. She made me and my spouse feel as though this situation was entirely our fault. It is obvious that she is passionate and knowledgable about animals, however, the way she communicates this passion was not effective in this situation. We left feeling like terrible dog owners - which I feel was not warranted.
I would recommend Baker Animal hospital, but personally I will stick with Dr. Bereeza, who so far, has been very helpful and supportive to us while raising our pup.

Her response was remove perfume from your home and come back in a week.......perfume isn't the issue, so I wasted my time, my money and I'm still not closer to knowing what's wrong with my dog.

We have been using Baker's for decades. They have shown such great compassion in the care of all my pets and especially when our first beloved husky got sick at age 15, Dr. bertrand went above and beyond the call of duty. Dr. Floyd was great when my beloved cat passed away and now, Dr. Bereeza has been fantastic with our husky that we adopted three years ago at age 5. She is so loving and gentle with her and genuinely cares about her well-being. I live in the West Island and still come all the way into town to Baker's Animal Hospital. For them, it is not about money but about the well-being of your pet. They are outstanding

Dr. Bertrand is the best vet there. Dr. Bertrand neutered my friend's 2 kittens, clean incisions, healed very well. However, the day before my friends' cats were operated, Dr. Bereza, the owner, operated on my kittens and the incisions were not clean and became raised, red and crusty. One of my cats' incisions started oozing on the 4th day after surgery. All four kittens are sisters, 6 months old. If you go to this vet, do see Dr. Bertrand and stay the hell away from Dr. Bereza!

Dr. Berezza is our vet. She seems awesome. Overall we have had good experiences at Baker Animal Hospital However, in an emergency situation where our new puppy was bitten by another dog, we saw Dr.Bertrand. As you can imagine, we were very upset about our little girl being hurt, we were blaming ourselves - it was a bit Traumatic for us, especially being new dog owners.

Too many good reviews for such mediocre service. I wasn't impressed with the vet. I went in to do a general exam for my dog to try and figure out why he's coughing and having problems breathing. Her response was remove perfume from your home and come back in a week.......perfume isn't the issue, so I wasted my time, my money and I'm still not closer to knowing what's wrong with my dog.

I took my puppy here for his first vet visit. Everyone was very professional and kind. They took excellent care of him, and made sure he was as comfortable as possible. The price was very affordable. Plus, they gave us an awesome puppy care bag after the visit with toys for him, and informational brochures for myself.

We have been using Baker's for decades. They have shown such great compassion in the care of all my pets and especially when our first beloved husky got sick at age 15, Dr. bertrand went above and beyond the call of duty. Dr. Floyd was great when my beloved cat passed away and now, Dr. Bereeza has been fantastic with our husky that we adopted three years ago at age 5. She is so loving and gentle with her and genuinely cares about her well-being. I live in the West Island and still come all the way into town to Baker's Animal Hospital. For them, it is not about money but about the well-being of your pet. They are outstanding

Dr. Bertrand is the best vet there. Dr. Bertrand neutered my friend's 2 kittens, clean incisions, healed very well. However, the day before my friends' cats were operated, Dr. Bereza, the owner, operated on my kittens and the incisions were not clean and became raised, red and crusty. One of my cats' incisions started oozing on the 4th day after surgery. All four kittens are sisters, 6 months old. If you go to this vet, do see Dr. Bertrand and stay the hell away from Dr. Bereza!
