I LOVE this Vet. Everyone is so professional and truly compassionate. They know me by name when I arrive. The communicate extremely well and are fast and effective at resolving any misunderstandings or mistakes.

My cat needs surgery and I decided to try there. They gave me an appointment fairly quick. Staff was extra nice and the vet really made sure to explain everything thoroughly. Immediately I trusted her...
My cat needs surgery and I decided to try there. They gave me an appointment fairly quick. Staff was extra nice and the vet really made sure to explain everything thoroughly. Immediately I trusted her and I could tell she really loved animals. My cat was not as stressed as usual. A dog came in when we waited for an emergency and they made sure to take the time with them. Fingers crossed for the surgery, I know my cat is old and obese, but I know she will be in good hands. On the plus side, I'm also saving a minimum of 800$. It's probably not the cheapest I could have found, but trust is more important to me.
Edit: kitty got surgery. All went well, again, can't say enough kind things about this vet. The bill was also a lot cheaper than their estimate, and I didn't feel they wanted to push unnecessary products on me.

Lovely, quick, and gentle. Neither of my cats had an issue getting their shots. Prices are reasonable for vet services and they speak English and French.

We've been taking our kitties here for almost two years and I would stay with this vet no matter where I move in the city. Wonderful staff, helpful and welcoming!

A veterinarian and a receptionist who both took their time and made us and our cat feel super comfortable. This place came recommended and I can certainly see why. We'll be back.

This rating does not even deserve a star but for posting purposes I am obliged to give one. I am very very disappointed with this clinic. My 3 month kitten had received a vaccine and a worm pill, where later he adopted diarrhea and vomiting. He was so active and after the vaccine it went downhill from there. He barely ate and was completely not himself. He weighed 3 pounds on a Thursday and the following Tuesday he went down to 2 pounds and according to the vet this had nothing to do with the vaccine. All in all, this vet is only out for your money and they do a half ass job in their checkups, again only seeking to recharge you for aspects they failed to examine. The blockage in his intestines that they claimed was the problem was apparently overlooked in the first exam. Therefore, I highly disapprove this veterinarian clinic and mark my words as you read these reviews. STEAR CLEAR AWAY FROM THEM! As one person relying on reviews on google, take this one as a true review of this place.

Really great experience today at the vet. Having had a terrible experience in the past at a different clinic, I was apprehensive to deal with another vet, but the one we saw today (don't know her name...
Really great experience today at the vet. Having had a terrible experience in the past at a different clinic, I was apprehensive to deal with another vet, but the one we saw today (don't know her name) was super gentle and informative and all around very lovely. I did not feel that she was pushing any products or services onto us. The front desk staff seemed a bit cold at first but were also quite lovely once they came in to give my cat a pedicure. They were having some computer issues so I think this had them a bit frazzled, but that said, very very nice experience and will continue to return here.

They care about the animals, they know what they're doing, and they're nice people. I don't live in the neighbourhood anymore, but I still come here, it's worth it.

My cat needs surgery and I decided to try there. They gave me an appointment fairly quick. Staff was extra nice and the vet really made sure to explain everything thoroughly. Immediately I trusted her and I could tell she really loved animals. My cat was not as stressed as usual. A dog came in when we waited for an emergency and they made sure to take the time with them. Fingers crossed for the surgery, I know my cat is old and obese, but I know she will be in good hands. On the plus side, I'm also saving a minimum of 800$. This rating does not even deserve a star but for posting purposes I am obliged to give one. I am very very disappointed with this clinic. My 3 month kitten had received a vaccine and a worm pill, where later he adopted diarrhea and vomiting. He was so active and after the vaccine it went downhill from there. They care about the animals, they know what they're doing, and they're nice people. I don't live in the neighbourhood anymore, but I still come here, it's worth it.
