I called this clinic today to set an appointment for my cat. I'm devastated because he's in critical condition. I called a number of clinics but when I called this one I was rudely and abrutly told that there are no spots at all this week and was hung up on. Of all the clinics I called this was by far the rudest one. I'm honestly surprised that this clinic is completely booked if this is the person taking the appointments. Luckily I got an appointment elsewhere where I actually feel like they care about me and my best friend. I understand if you're booked, but you don't have to be so rude about it.

I brought my cat there last week, because she starts to loose hair on her belly. It was easy to make the appointment, even tho I speak English, they can communicate with me easily. I let my boyfriend to go to rendez vous with me. Because I thought the vet only speaks French. But during the checkup, the vet learnt that I'm the owner of the cat, he tried to explain everything in English to me. And make sure I can understand everything. He's a very kind and knowledgeable veterinarian. I would recommend the clinic to others.

Took care of both cat when she died and my emotional self, gave me time to say goodbye, offered different solutions depending on budget and needs.

After moving to Montreal from Europe I visited at least 30 vet clinics to find proper vet. I was hoping to visit only one but after working as vet tech many yrs a lot of information provided to me was severely outdated and incorrect.
I finally came to this place and the staff was lovely so I made pre whelping appointment with my bitch for exray and evaluation. its old fashioned clinic for basic care and surgeries but vet(Dr Sylvan Mireault) is lovely, normal, kind and is not selling overpriced and unneeded smoke & mirrors.
His staff and receptionist and nurses are great. They also all speak English

excellent vet! Extremely friendly service and doctors. They're also honest which is very important, they won't push anything on you that isn't needed. One of their nurses even went out of her way to find me a spot at a local pet sitter at the last minute!

I called this clinic today to set an appointment for my cat. I'm devastated because he's in critical condition. I called a number of clinics but when I called this one I was rudely and abrutly told that there are no spots at all this week and was hung up on. Of all the clinics I called this was by far the rudest one. I'm honestly surprised that this clinic is completely booked if this is the person taking the appointments. Luckily I got an appointment elsewhere where I actually feel like they care about me and my best friend. I understand if you're booked, but you don't have to be so rude about it.

I let my boyfriend to go to rendez vous with me. Because I thought the vet only speaks French.
