I was surprised to read some negative reveiws on yellowpages regarding experiences that are described as arrogant & impolite. I have been a client with my cat for over 8-9 years and have never experienced a lack of courtesy & quality care. The Vet is pleasant, focused on the animal, & I like her matter-of-fact manner.

The person working at the front desk dropped my tiny puppy while trying to weigh him, and handled him quite roughly without any apology or concern. I did not meet the vet, as I left immediately after this happened. Be cautious of allowing untrained workers handle your animals.

Dr. Tancelin a toute ma confiance! Elle démontre à chaque visite son amour des animaux et son désir de les garder en santé.
Elle prend le temps de nous expliquer les soins proposés, sans pression et sans "guilt trip".
C'est depuis déjà plus de 8 ans qu'elle s'occupe de ma chienne chérie et elle a réussie à la soigner de 2 grosses périodes difficiles.

Mon chat n'est vraiment pas vet-friendly, et pourtant, ils ont réussi à très bien s'en occuper. Le personnel est très aimable et je suis particulièrement satisfait lorsque je compare avec d'autres vétérinaires que j'ai du visiter auparavant. Je retournerai assurément chez Tou Chat Tou.

I was surprised to read some negative reveiws on yellowpages regarding experiences that are described as arrogant & impolite. I have been a client with my cat for over 8-9 years and have never experienced a lack of courtesy & quality care. The Vet is pleasant, focused on the animal, & I like her matter-of-fact manner.
