Just took my new dog here to have staples removed from a spaying she got before I adopted her. The staff was so patient and found a way to take them out of a very squirmy dog. My appointment started on time, with no hassles, and no "new patient fee." I'll be going back in August at a minimum for her vaccines. I'm very pleased to find this vet in my neighborhood. Read Less

Had to euthanize my cat because of long term illness and we could not take care of her. Dr. Vaillancourt was very understanding and helpful with the emotional process and accommodated my personal request to put my cat out of her misery by myself as a final step to bid her farewell to the journey beyond. The staff was very professional, supportive and solemnly stood by us there to provide two boxes of tissues knowing what we were going through. Dr. Vaillancourt is an incredible vet, he is extremely caring and kind, well spoken, highly educated and my puppy seemed to absolutely adore him. My fiancé and I had our first appointment after the adoption of our beautiful rambunctious little boy, he seemed to completely relax with this doctor. He had his boosters and didn’t flinch once from the kind hand of this gentle doctor. Who gave him tons of attention and affection and treats 😊 he is one of the best vets I have ever seen. Very bad experience. My 3 months old puppy died because their poor knowledge, and also their staff forget to get the footprint after they finish the cremation. I AM SOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOSPITAL!!! SO DON'T GO TO JASMIN VETERINARY CLINIC EVER! Read Less

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET DO NOT GO HERE. Last year my dog had a bad cough. This veterinarian kept giving my dogs all kinds of anti-biotics even when my dogs blood test turned up perfect, no signs of a virus. None of the drugs worked. My dogs cough got worse. I sought a second opinion with another vet, just hearing his cough the doctor knew it was a heart problem, it is 4 times larger than it should be and is pushing against his lungs so he cant breath. If hopital Jasmin would have done a chest x-ray, i would have been able to stop my dog's heart from growing bigger and he could have a better life now, but now is too late. Hopital Jasmin is a pill pushing business, only cares about making money with false guesswork and overpriced, completely incompetent, Dr. Vaillancourt uses alot of interns and he never supervises their work, in fact ive never seen him physically in the hospital. My neighbors have stopped going to this veterinarian. If you love your pet, please visit Clinique Veterinaire Le Refuge, the doctor there has a wealth of knowledge, he's loving, caring, and definetly highly skilled.Read Less
