Une vétérinaire nous demande de revenir pour une radio de contrôle avant de nous donner des antibios... j’attends 2h pour qu’un autre vétérinaire me dise qu’il ne comprends pas pourquoi et que la note de sa collègue n’est pas clair et que mon chien va mieux alors de partir sans même examiner mon chien...
Finalement le tout à empiré et un vétérinaire compétent dans une autre clinique a pu traiter mon chien.
500$ et beaucoup de temps perdu pour de l’incompétence!
Très mauvaise expérience tant au niveau de l’accueil que des vétérinaires!

My less than 4 years old cat died at an emergency clinic yesterday after having visited Clinique veterinaire Delorimier & Rosemont less than 36 hours prior. Sickness is sickness and I know life is also death. Like most, I had my share of losses in life. We (my wife, our beloved pet and I) had the bad luck to go to this clinic because it was the closest to our place. We had our beloved examined by a certain Qui... Note that I do not ad the Dr. in front of the name of this lesser human being. This unprofessional human being did not even talk to the animal he was treating. Did not even pat him. He was rough and inconsiderate with his patient.Only an hour of reading on my cat's condition on vet.purdue.edu/vth between force feeding sessions tells me that he prescribed medication that is actually counter-indicated for the condition our cat was in. He also did not intubate a sick and feeble animal we had to force feed, hence creating more stress and suffering for a sick animal. Just as if he never force fed a sick animal in his professional life... He did not prescribe gut medicine so the force feeding would not obstruct the sick animal's stomach. Again going against the treatment protocol for the cat's condition. The wrong treatment protocol was confirmed by the vet who had to put my best friend away while he passed away in my arms. We where told that having the right treatment protocol and the right means to treat him at home, he would have had over 80% chances of survival in good health. A complaint to their professional order has been filled and communicated by said doctor.I cannot blame the clinic or the partners of this man, but if they actually hire and/or work alongside incompetents like Quirion without doing anything, I will stay clear from that clinic if I ever get a new companion. I would advise anybody to do the same.

I had to go with Miss Cheetos for an emergency. Everything went well, the staff is extremely friendly and cooperative. Unfortunately my cat had cancer and I had to let her go. Everything went smoothly and nicely during the whole process. I'm very appreciative for the understanding and kindness all the team had during this difficult process, it definitely helped a lot. I'm very grateful for that.
I highly recommend this place.
Also, prices are reasonable and I did not feel that they wanted to add on extra just to make money.

Absolutely wonderful experience here!
Being from the East Coast, my boyfriend and I had no idea where to take our cat when he suddenly got sick. We ended up going to the Delorimier clinic because they were the only ones who would take us last minute, late in the evening. I'm so glad we went here. The staff; from the reception, tech, surgeon, to the vet were so kind and professional!
My little 9 month old kitten ate a magnet and ended up needing an urgent abdominal surgery. I dealt with two vets, both of which were so understanding and took their time to answer my questions and speak with me. The first vet (male, I forget your name I'm sorry!!) was really sympathetic even when I was hysterically crying in his office. They were both really amazing for speaking with me in English, and made an effort to be clear for me. French is my second language and while I usually try my best to speak it in Montreal, I was too stressed to even try.
I really appreciated how upfront and thorough they were about the cost. Being a student and a musician we definitely did not have any money to spare, and I appreciated them being really honest about the expenses. It ended up being cheaper than they originally quoted, which was great. The surgeon did an amazing, amazing job and saved his life. This clinic kept our small family intact and we're so grateful!!!!!

After reading so many good reviews, I was feeling good about taking my dog to this vet. Unfortunately for me I did not have a good experience. The vet seemed to much more focused on making money from me than making sure my dog was healthy. Which is such a shame. The Vet, a gentlemen, focused primarily on telling me all the services $, that the vet could provide me, which took up the majority of my time there. The lack of enthusiasm for my pet and its health was worrisome to say the least. It was evidence to me that money was the focus not the pet at this business. Im happy to see that others had good experiences here, if you do decide to use this Vet, I would suggest being ready to think twice about what they suggest for you and your pet.

This is by far the best Clinic I have been to. My dog's vet is caring, honest, she always gives us options. She's very kind to our dog and very VERY patient with the million questions I have. I've been bringing my dog here for almost 4 years. A few times our regular Vet was not available which allowed us to meet at least 3 other vets and all of them were nothing less than wonderful.

Best place I've ever taken my kitties too. Their prices are very reasonable and the love and care they have for your pets is remarkable. They are not there to rip you off, they are honest about everything. It's in a basement and you don't need appointments for check ups, only for surgery. My 11 year old kitty had to have his teeth cleaned and unfortunately 4 teeth extracted but he's better than before, his recovery was very quick. They took amazing care of him and for half the price of many other clinics I've checked prior to this one. A+ !!!!

I'm very grateful for that.
I highly recommend this place.

After reading so many good reviews, I was feeling good about taking my dog to this vet. Unfortunately for me I did not have a good experience. The vet seemed to much more focused on making money from me than making sure my dog was healthy. Which is such a shame. The Vet, a gentlemen, focused primarily on telling me all the services $, that the vet could provide me, which took up the majority of my time there. The lack of enthusiasm for my pet and its health was worrisome to say the least. It was evidence to me that money was the focus not the pet at this business. Im happy to see that others had good experiences here, if you do decide to use this Vet, I would suggest being ready to think twice about what they suggest for you and your pet.

This is by far the best Clinic I have been to. My dog's vet is caring, honest, she always gives us options. She's very kind to our dog and very VERY patient with the million questions I have.
